Coming into the office and checking in was easy, the receptionist was really bright and helpful. The doctor laid out a detailed plan for the procedure and explained everything well. Seri, the nurse, was gorgeous and super gentle and caring. She took great care of me and honestly needs a raise asap! I definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Elyria and will keep coming back for my dental checkups and teeth cleaning needs.

Terrible experience. They tried to force me into getting a whole tooth cap instead of a filling. I didn't have the money, couldn't get the cap, and the doc had a problem with that. Ended up with him and most of the staff (except like 2 nurses) cussing at me and yelling for me to get out. Worst experience with a dentist in my life.

I came to Aspen Dental in Elyria to get a full set of dentures after having the same pair for 7 years (got them elsewhere). Updating from my earlier post: after the mold and a few wax try-ins, I got the okay and they made the dentures. But when I picked them up, the top had no suction at all—they fell right off. So they did a hard reline, but then the bite was way off. I was really annoyed waiting another 2 weeks for a new set. However, they eventually got it right, and I'm happy now.

I would not recommend they try to rip you off advertise one price when. You get therethetry to get you to spend thousands more also charge $29.00 to rip you off.

I just started the process of getting a new pair of dentures here in Elyria. So far, so good—the staff has been great. When I called to make the appointment, they were nice and got me in quick. At my first visit, they explained every step, the different denture options, and pricing. They also offer financing, which was nice since I have bad credit—I surprisingly got approved. I went with the "signature" set. Going for another wax try-in soon.

The receptionist was very nice and her colleagues were equally nice. The oral hygienist and dentist were friendly and open to questions, offering options beyond what was suggested. All in all, though a trip to the dentist sucks, this was a great visit for my dental hygiene in Elyria.

I believe they in the business of taking people teeth out just to have them in debt for denture. Dentist seen me all of 5 mins to say that they were all bad. No other options to try and save my teeth. Very disappointed. Office girls very nice.

I went to Aspen Dental in Elyria after waking up in the middle of the night on September 14, 2025 with an excruciating toothache. I hadn’t slept and needed help immediately. The front desk staff was friendly, and I didn’t wait long. But Dr. Mehboob Abdullah spent less than five minutes examining me before telling me I needed a root canal or extraction—no real discussion of options. I felt rushed and dismissed. Very disappointed.

Only one dentist who right off wouldnt do what I came for. He insisted I get ALL my teeth pulled out but first needed $2800 to clean my teeth. That was the extent of husbandry viewing my xrays. Startling to say tge least and insisting on getting all my teeth pulled out . ??? He asked me twice if I ever smoked... apparently he wasn't listening to anything I said at all $2800 to have deep c l ending is ridiculous. Never will go back. Guy was just rude.

Needed to get into the office for a consultation quickly due to an insurance issue. They scheduled me for early the next morning. They kept me well informed on the procedures, costs, and timeline. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great experience for an emergency dental service in Elyria.

My dental tech was 10/10! Totally awesome, put me at eased helped to alleviate stress and pain when doing X-rays, and was just all around incredible. The dentist was great as well, full of humor and great care. The staff here is so friendly and kind. They did everything to get my tooth fixed and set up a care plan. I’m grateful.
