Honestly, the whole office at Aspen Dental in Fall River is great, but I’ve been seeing Donna for about ten years now. Even after moving out of state a couple times, I still make the trip back here just for her. As someone who’s sensory sensitive, dentists used to stress me out, but Donna’s so thoughtful and gentle—she makes everything feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Aspen in Fall River, MA. I don’t usually enjoy the dentist and this office definitely helps with that. The office staff is very personal and compassionate and Christine is a phenomenal hygienist. She’s been in the field for a while and is so knowledgeable! She provides a very thorough cleaning and education on dental health as well!

Very polite and sweet staff . I have a strong fear of the dentist and what comes with it everyone I came in contact with was very nice. The insurance I have was not covered through them but I continued with my visit as it was an emergency for me. Wish I could stay with the office but I cannot afford it .

Had my wisdom teeth pulled at Aspen Dental in Fall River, and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Dr. Lee was great—super professional and made sure I felt okay throughout. Lexi and Nico were really welcoming too, which helped a lot since I was pretty nervous. Judy also pitched in to get things ready beforehand. The whole team was friendly and supportive, made the oral surgery way easier than I thought it’d be. Definitely recommend them if you’re in the area.

Took my daughter to Aspen Dental in Fall River, MA, for multiple extractions, and she was really nervous beforehand. Judy talked us through all the options and even explained the procedure so I could try to calm her down. The front desk was friendly when we got there, and after filling out forms, she was taken back in just a few minutes. The whole thing only took about 15–20 minutes, and she came out totally calm and fine. Really impressed with how they handled it.

The dentist who I saw was great! However, shame on Aspen dental for trumping up sales. I went in with a broken tooth and infection and they came up with a bill of $11000 for all the work I need besides the tooth extraction with sedation. If you're visiting the dentist because you're sick with infection, that should be the focus of the exam. Not everything else that they want to do. I will have my tooth extracted there because they do have quick appointments but along with the rest of the medical field all anyone wants is your hard earned money for things you don't even agree with .

All of the staff were friendly and calming. All procedures and follow ups were fully explained. Did not regret going there for the first time. My only disappointment was not with them, but my insurance. As a senior, my dental plan was minimal at best.
