After not seeing a dentist for almost 10 years, I came to Aspen Dental in Fort Oglethorpe dealing with intense tooth pain. They squeezed me in same day I called - no lecture, no wasted time. Even without insurance, their rates for emergency dental service were reasonable with good financing options. They took their time to make everything as smooth and painless as possible. Definitely going back for more work and would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Waited nearly 3 hours at this Fort Oglethorpe dentist for what was supposed to be a check-up, cleaning, and whitening. Ended up just getting the basic exam. I get that places have procedures, but sitting there that long thinking I'd get all three services? Nobody said a word until the last minute. Felt like they just wanted to get to lunch. Won't be returning to this Aspen Dental location for dental hygienist services or anything else.

Honestly, Kimber was fantastic at Aspen Dental in Fort Oglethorpe. She really helped me understand the whole denture process way better than my last dentist visit. She made the financing super easy and answered all my questions completely. Got my teeth out and dentures in less than two hours today - the dentist and tech were amazing. My new smile looks fantastic and I'm extremely happy with my decision. Looking forward to showing it off next Monday!

Love the whole staff at Aspen Dental in Fort Oglethorpe - they're amazing! Sydney and Christina are the main ones I see and they do great with my denture relines every visit. We went back two days later to get tooth repaired.Because dentist left sharp tooth pertruding and cutting into wifes tounge.
The dentist refused to help.Wanted us to spend unrealiatic money .She told my wife ,that she was lucky she didnt go into Septic Shock!
We went to anoughter Dentist ,who corrected her issue and set us on realistic plan
PLEASE DONT LET THIS BUSINESS SCARE YOU INTO SPENDING LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY THROUGH FEAR TACTICS!

Dr. Sekhar at Aspen Dental in Fort Oglethorpe has been amazing - by far my favorite dentist in Georgia. She actually made getting dental work done relaxing and wasn't judgmental like other places I've been. Christina was incredible too with all the prep work before and after operations. Whenever I see Dr. Sekhar walk in, I know I'm in good hands. She's done great work that's far exceeded what I expected.

Christina was absolutely amazing to my fiancé! She was so emotionally and mentally supportive and that’s exactly the type of support my fiancé needs when she’s under pressure or very anxious, which she indeed was. Christina was and is amazing! This Fort Oglethorpe dentist office seems to just want your money. Went in for my first visit in about 3 years hoping at least for a cleaning. After X-rays and exam, the dentist said I needed a deep cleaning and had 3 small cavities. The treatment plan came to $3,600 ($2,800 after insurance) - I've had deep cleaning before that didn't cost a tenth of that. Talked about financing but the prices for periodontist services here just seem outrageous.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this office and would not recommend it.
To start, my appointment was canceled on me twice, forcing me to reschedule multiple times. When I finally got in, my teeth cleaning felt rushed and incomplete—there was no thoroughness or care, just in and out.
I later returned for four fillings, and that experience was even worse. The dental chair was malfunctioning and water spilled all over me during the procedure. I then had to be moved to another room mid-appointment. The dentist completed the fillings, but the entire process felt rushed and careless.
Afterward, I experienced persistent tooth pain and sensitivity for an entire week, which did not seem normal. When I went back in, they discovered one of the fillings was too high and had to grind it down. I was told to “give it the weekend” despite ongoing discomfort, which felt dismissive.
I will be returning only to undergo a proper correction to address the tooth pain, not because I trust the care provided, but because the issue needs to be fixed. Overall, the lack of organization, rushed treatment, malfunctioning equipment, and poor follow-up made this a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this office.

Had 2 large teeth extracted by Dr. Nease at Aspen Dental today - it went quickly with minimal pressure. He was kind and explained everything about the oral surgery procedure. His assistant Kiera was so kind too, helping calm my nerves since I was pretty nervous. She stayed professional the whole time. My experiences at this Fort Oglethorpe dentist have always been great, so I'd definitely recommend them.

I was in pain and nervous to find out that my tooth needed to be pulled especially considering my strong fear of dentist appointments BUT was SO relieved on how it all turned out. The office staff was great from start to finish and very attentive but SPECIAL shout out to Dr. Nease and Teairah for turning what was full of fear into relief and ease for me because they made me feel SO much calmer than I have ever been used to during the actual tooth extraction. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and easing my fear and nervousness considering my anxiety. I absolutely love the staff here!!!! From the front desk manager LeAnn, to dental assistant Hannah, & Dr Sekhar , everyone was PHENOMENAL. (: LeAnn especially went above & beyond. She took so much extra care w/ me & even took interest in my personal life & gave me some tips on some things & she also tried so hard to work w/ my budget and it just showed she wasn't just there for just a paycheck, she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about people. I couldn't say enough good things about the people here & their affordability & they try so hard to make it work for their customers, which means a lot coming from someone with no insurance lol. But Leann definitely helped so much, & then Hannah & Dr. Sekhar are very personable & have a calming sense about them which means a lot coming from someone who hates going to the dr/dentist . lol, just an uplifting comforting experience overall, couldn’t recommend them enough!!
