The staff is incredibly friendly and reassuring. It’s not easy for me to admit as a man that I get panic attacks over seeing the dentist, but I do. I did not have any issues with these folks whatsoever. I am about an hour out of my appointment and my teeth already feel so much better. If you don’t wanna play games and want good results, ask for Emma!

One of the best experiences at a dentist office I have ever had. They really seem to care about your comfort and pain control. I had not been to the dentist because of horrible experiences, this place changed my view that not all dentist are the same.

I came here needing teeth extracted. I was incredibly nervous (the dentist has always made me anxious) but the staff made me feel so at ease and calm. No judgement whatsoever and they make you feel at home. I trusted them completely and they were all wonderful. I highly recommend coming here at this specific location. 10/10 service and 10/10 staff for sure.

I just finished my 6 month journey with Aspen Dental and I am so very happy with the end result. The staff, and I mean everyone there, treated me with kindness and respect. I had a terrible toothache one night, and was able to get in the next day as a first time patient for an extraction! Amazing team. They make you feel safe and like family from the moment you walk in. For me personally, it was before beacuse I called to make sure my online appointment request went through, and that my insurance was accepted there. They break everything down for you if you need help understanding your treatment options. I haven't been to a dentist in years, and it was my first extraction. Zero problems with healing. I could go on forever with just how wonderful my experience was, but let end it with 10 out 10 recommend ❤️

I went in for inflamed gums and a broken tooth and they were amazing in their service! My hygienist was amazing and so patient. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable. And the dentist worked quickly to get my tooth fixed. Definitely will go back for any future dental work!

I received horrible news even with the devastating bombshell that got dropped on me at my appointment. The staff made a very easy for me to come up with a treatment plan and also a payment plan for my treatment plan. Everybody was so excellent very nice and also very helpful. I will definitely be a returning patient at this facility.

I was so happy with their service I got right in. They are so friendly. Tell me everything they’re gonna do took x-rays and then I got to go pick the Dentures I needed which was very easy to do. Told me all the details of all different sizes and help me picked out the best that I could afford and then took me down to get my first fitting. I really enjoyed my experience there and would recommend them to everyone.

Over 4 years ago I went to a dentistry that made me rue the day I would have to go back to a dentist. I was in the waiting room of Aspen on orchard and ended up laughing so hard I forgot what I was there for. Once I walked through the door to face the terrifying x-ray room, I was greeted with kindness, silliness, and patience from Emma. After that, things seemed to go by so quickly and painlessly. I was glad to know I am not loosing all of my teeth but I do have some work to get done. I then met with Erika, in finance, and she showed me some cool tools and explained the process. We made a plan of attack and I felt relieved walking out of the office with a restored faith in dentists.
You bet I'm trusting this team to help me get back to a healthy and happy smile!!!!

I visited aspen dental on Illinois road today, my experience was amazing! Usually I have a fear of dentists but everyone in this office made it so easy to be comfortable. Emma took my x-rays and did my cleaning- she was quick, efficient and fun to be around. Erin got me scheduled for my fillings, she was super nice and you could tell she loved her job! Erika, the office manager, was nothing but smiles! She came and introduced herself and talked to me just to be kind when she didn’t have to. All of the assistants were fantastic and Dr. was quick and thorough with his treatment plan. I will definitely be returning to this office!

I arrived on Christmas Eve morning in tremendous pain and in tears, so I was incredibly grateful they were open—the only emergency dentist available. Had an infected number 2 molar. They were able to get me rt in and have it removed with just local anesthetic. Extremely courteous, helpful and informative. After not seeing a dentist for over 20+ years and having my own reservations and concerns, I have complete confidence now and I’m sorry that I didn’t seek them out sooner.

I highly recommend this Aspen location, not only for the excellent service and professionalism but also for their availability for appointments, in case you need something beyond the usual or need to reschedule.
Was my first time here, as I previously went to a different Aspen, and I liked it much more.
They have your information digitally, so you don't have to write down your information on paper every time you go.
Emma, Ryley, and Dr. Buksar were very kind and professional. They answered all my questions clearly and performed the cleaning and fillings I needed, always making sure I was comfortable.

Great experience overall. Emma took care of my cleaning and X-rays and was super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour, which I really appreciated. They also confirmed and are taking care of two small cavities, which I already knew I had from some pain when eating, and explained everything clearly without any pressure.

I have a severe phobia of dentists and dental work. This branch has been very welcoming and calming. They explain everything thoroughly as they do it, which helps set me at ease. I have never met a friendlier staff. Emma is an amazing hygienist! I definitely recommend this branch.

I wanted to establish a new long term dentist relationship and due for teeth cleaning., Aspen accepts my Humana dental insurance. The receptionist was great. But from there…. Immediate 18 different x-ray scans, in a room next with hygienist and x-ray tech all to convince me of a $450 procedure to prevent gingivitis. I chose no further engagement as the office seems set up for upselling expensive and undesired services not covered by insurance. That used up my remaining insurance and I still need my 6 months teeth cleaning. This was not a normal, comfortable dentist office

Could not recommend this place more!! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. My appointment accidentally got cancelled and the team worked over to help me out. hygienist Kristen was sweet, gentle, and walked me through everything to make sure I understood. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and walked out with a smile! Each member of the staff was thoughtful and personable. Definitely do yourself a favor and come to Aspen Dental here!!!!
