Over the last 4 years, I've had several teeth extractions at Aspen Dental in Johnstown, PA, and every time it's been a good experience. They're really good with the needle—numbed the area perfectly, no pain during the extraction, and never any issues afterward. The staff is compassionate and professional, and appointments are easy to get once you're an established patient. If you need tooth extractions or any dental care, I'd definitely recommend them.

Super fast service! Broke? That's okay—they have financial help without judgment. The financial lady was knowledgeable and helped me pick the best plan for my care, answered all my questions, and even gave me a folder for paperwork. Everyone was kind and not judgmental. The X-ray tech was fast and funny. The hygienist told me more about my dental health than I imagined, made me comfortable, and answered questions. The dentist was nice, real, and honest. Added bonus: they offer teeth whitening too!

From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental in Johnstown, I was greeted and attended to quickly—no long wait. After X-rays, Dr. Alex came right in to assess me. Over the last 4 months I've had a lot of work done after not going to the dentist for a while. I can't believe the difference at Aspen Dental in Johnstown. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. First time I had teeth pulled without being asleep—perfect experience. They used my insurance and verified what was covered. Had 4 teeth pulled, 5 fillings, and dentures—my portion was only $240. I can't think of one thing to complain about! Great for denture care and restorative dentistry.

Everybody there make you feel like you're home or like their family they make you feel comfortable and at ease and they have a great attitude so I just want to say if you ever want it to have your dentures done clean or whatever the case may be Aspen dentist is the place to go I mean that's just my opinion but when you walk into a place and then make you feel relaxing you leave there feeling comfortable in that peace and still relax that's a good place to go I want to thank you to the staff and everybody there 🙏

They charged my family member $2,000 for a “deep cleaning” after he came to them to help with his tooth pain. They told him they couldn’t do anything until he got this cleaning and a $200 toothbrush. After that, they didn’t do anything and he still is experiencing the tooth pain a year later. This company really seems like they only care about exploiting their patients for money and pressuring them that they “need” all these extra things. Would not recommend.

The dental assistants here deserve a round of applause, a raise, and maybe even their own Netflix special. They were kind, professional, and honestly the only reason I didn’t sprint out mid-appointment. Unfortunately, Dr. Alex was the plot twist nobody asked for.
Explanations? Trash. Medication details? Mystery box. Personality? Imagine if small talk and social skills went on permanent vacation. It’s a strange feeling when the person putting their hands in your mouth is the one making you the most nervous, not because of the tools, but because you’re not entirely sure they remembered to brief themselves on what they’re doing.
By the end, my teeth were technically given two solutions but I left with more questions than cavities—like, ‘What exactly just happened?’ and ‘Why did that feel like a blind date gone wrong?’
Assistants: 10/10, would trust them with my dental health, my taxes, and probably my Netflix password.
Dr. Alex: 0/10, wouldn’t book a sequel even if it came with free floss.

This is the best dental experience I've ever had. They offered to do the extractions I needed on my first visit if I waited for antibiotics to take effect—I scheduled for next week. Each procedure was itemized with prices. At one desk, they offered multiple financing plans and scheduled the next appointment. Everyone was incredibly nice and explained everything. The treatment rooms were roomy enough for my wheelchair. Can't remember names but they're all extremely nice. Great for emergency dental service too!
