Did not have a good experience at Aspen Dental in O'Fallon, IL. Needed a routine cleaning, but they suggested a deeper cleaning that cost way more out of pocket than expected—almost four thousand dollars. I'm faithful to my oral care, so it's not like my teeth are horrible. They didn't do the routine cleaning since I couldn't afford the deeper one right away, so I wasted my time and still need to find another dentist for basic care until I can afford more. Make sure you have extra cash on hand in O'Fallon.

Honestly, my visit to Aspen Dental in O'Fallon, IL was awesome today. I went in for a tooth ache and they got me in the same day I called as a new patient—my old dentist couldn't do that, so I guess I've found my new dentist! The atmosphere was so bubbly and energetic, and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be happier with the emergency dental service here. Dr. Wolf at Aspen Dental in O'Fallon is a fantastic doctor. She worked with me for over a year, trying to get my body to accept implants for a bottom denture—unfortunately, my body rejected them, but I really appreciate her patience and time. Sometimes she'd check on me every week hoping they'd take. Thank you, Dr. Wolf, for your excellent care. I have dentures now and they look good, and the staff is pretty amazing too. Office manager originally scheduled me for Nov. 17th for an oral surgery. I had a cleaning before that I needed rescheduling, got a text saying an appointment was rescheduled. Did not receive a call regarding the surgery change and there was a complete miscommunication. Thats okay.
When I called to reschedule and mentioned that I would like to be called about any future rescheduling, and explained the situation, I was constantly cut off and had the blame pushed onto me. Every time I spoke the office manager would cut me off and continued to get an attitude with me further on I tried to talk. Eventually I asked if I could speak without getting cut off. She immediately cut me off on my next sentence.
I understand when a surgeon is only in once a month. Don't schedule me, in person, for a certain date, then reschedule it a week before the appointment, and only notify over text "an appointment" was rescheduled with no further information, and no follow up call. They don't take any accountability.

If you’re a loyal patient and simply don’t need to visit for a year, be warned, this office WILL refuse to see you in an emergency just because you haven’t been there in a while. That kind of policy is unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I would never step foot in this office again.

Everything about Aspen Dental O'Fallon Illinois location was the best experience I've had in my life.
I actually had a dentist but because he's out of the country til the near end of the month I had to find another dentist to get work done immediately.
I was able to get in to see a dentist at Aspen a week after scheduling my appointment.
That gave me time to take my pain and antibiotic medication to prepare for my visit.
The entire staff were very professional and thorough with explaining everything before they proceeded with the next step upon completion.
The routine itself was a smooth and swift experience and of course, they make you feel comfortable.
They now have a new and established patient in me.

I just came from out of state and I needed to establish dental care while back. I was able to schedule service with this office and when I tell you the whole staff was professional, friendly, and effective during my whole visit. There was no wait time, and they were busy! They literally took their time with me, educated me and they didnt rush my services with them! I will continue to go to this office while being back!!!

I can’t wait to go back , but the young lady that did my scans, and exams and x-rays not only was she extremely professional, but she has the patience of a saint.
