Bad experience and felt like they are only concerned about $$$$ and not about the well being of your health. I was lied to from the very first start of making an appointment. Dentist was not happy after I declined a $8000 treatment, I felt the visit was fraud and lied to.

Dr. Patel and his office was a top-notch experience. I was nervous coming into the office, but everyone from the front desk, to the accountant, to the specialist ALL took care of me and explained what my issues were and what the options were to fix them. Extremely thorough, caring and respectful. I had some decent work done and Dr. Patel and Jill were efficient, like ninjas working in your favor. Lipsa and another woman (sorry i forgot her name) helped me through the beginning process of scans and X-Rays and explaining the process of what I need. Carla (Cara?) and Andrew in the front office were great too.

Had my first appointment here today and the whole staff is amazing. The facility itself is very clean and modern. Specific shoutouts to Sofi, Lipsa, Andrew and Dr. Patel. Everyone was friendly, informative and Lipsa, as the hygienist, was very aware of my comfort level. Highly recommend this dental office.

Our first time visiting Aspen Dental for a check up. The entire staff was very friendly. Kim was so sweet and explained everything she was doing to my son as they went along. The hygienist Michael and Dr Patel were also very friendly and made it a good experience. They were on time (major points there). Office is new, clean and they have the most modern technology.

Went to Dr. Patel for a broken front tooth in the middle of January. I am now happy to say my permanent crown is in place and looks amazing. The office is very clean, staff is amazing, especially the office manager Andrew. The dental assistants and hygienist are all very gentle. Never have I had a deep cleaning so easy. Highly recommend this place, especially if you dislike going to the dentist. They make it very comfortable in Palm Springs.

I reached out to Aspen Dental because I needed dental care, and unfortunately my experience left me feeling taken advantage of at a vulnerable moment. From the start, the environment felt more like a high‑pressure sales floor than a healthcare practice. What began as a discussion about one treatment option quickly shifted into aggressive pushing for a far more invasive, time‑intensive, and expensive procedure that didn’t match my actual needs. There were multiple red flags throughout my visits. The doctor did not appear to have read my intake forms thoroughly and missed an allergy to a medication.

We drove in from Menifee for a dental emergency for my daughter, and I cannot say enough good things about this office. Completely worth the drive. Even though our insurance was out of network, they immediately offered a free consultation—something you rarely see anymore. From start to finish, every single person we encountered was compassionate, professional, and incredibly efficient, making a stressful situation feel manageable. Dr. Patel was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way.

This is a new office, I just recently started going to them and they are absolutely amazing! Every single person I came into contact with was so sweet and very accommodating! I had to bring my 2 year old with me one visit and they were very understanding. I was late during rain once and they still took me in. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I cannot rave about them enough! My absolute favorite person there is Andrew! He was so sweet, so positive, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Unfortunately their office in not currently in network with my insurance and when Andrew called to let me know I would need to go to their Palm Desert location, I understood but did shed a little tear because this office is great! I am so grateful for them!

I’m a snowbird and needed to find immediate quality dental care while in Palm Springs. I was leery that I wouldn’t be able to find dental care like I experience back in Wisconsin. I was really impressed with all the staff members. Unbelievable kind and very caring. The Doctor was very informative and found them to really care about my tooth pain problem. Due to me being in a rush they still took care of my needs. I will return after my trip at a later date. If you have any dental issues this is the place to go. WOW! Absolute WOW! This is what customer service and superior dental services are all about. I am going to break down why this Aspen Dental is so amazing and why Palm Springs is lucky to have such an amazing new dentist!
1. Dr. Patel's work is SO good! I literally closed my eyes and couldn't even feel when he had to numb me, he was SO gentle. He makes sure you are comfortable, takes the time to explain what he's doing, and is just the nicest guy. He did multiple fillings for me and the BEST crown. It looks gorgeous and feels SO SMOOTH! He lets you pick your music, makes sure your mouth is always suctioned, and seriously, the dentist was relaxing! I listened to an audiobook and could have fallen asleep while he was drilling. I've gone three times and each time is fab!
2. The Staff: When you walk in there is Karla with her wonderful energy and vibes to greet you. Whatever tech you have, you're in good hands when they take you back. I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Mariah, Jill, Breasia, and Lipsa and they are all the kindest, sweetest, and great techs. They did cleanings, tech work, xrays, and made everything smooth and easy and with a smile!
Shout out to the Operations Manager Andrew for being SO knowledgable and hiring an A+ 5 star crew! He is SO helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a bright light!
3. The equipment/office: It's a very clean office and very clean bathroom! Their dental equipment is top notch and top of the line it seems. It's easy, cool, and they don't charge extra for being fancy!
4. The pricing!: WOW! Now, I do have good dental insurance but still. They make it so affordable and if you don't have insurance, they have plans for that! They have an Aspen Dental Savings plan where you can get really great prices for services and keep your teeth healthy!
They will give you a care plan. Sometimes the numbers can seem a lot BUT you can break your services down and into multiple plans and visits. They explain everything, talk with you, and help you find the plan and timeline that works for YOU!
ABSOLUTELY GO! Get your teeth healthy and have a fantastic experience. I am just a customer who went in and was so happy, I knew I had to write this review. I want them to succeed and stay so we can all have a great dentist! Plus you can go shopping at Marshall's, Sprout's, or Ross after!

So far, so good! The entire team was incredibly friendly from start to finish. Andrew, the operations manager, was transparent and helpful while walking me through the billing process. A very professional and welcoming office. Every employee interaction I had from first walking in, to leaving, was positive and friendly. Lipsa and Doctor Doug provided a lot of helpful feedback during my first appointment and made me feel comfortable. Just went for an appointment, facility is brand new and really nice. The teeth scanner tool that Bre used was super cool and like nothing I’ve seen before. Dr Doug was very friendly and informative, I will be back again on Friday to finish my cleaning with Lipsa! There is something very refreshing about being in a new office with friendly people! Shoutout to Andrew for helping me with my treatment plan, I’m excited to fix my smile!

Leanne went above and beyond to figure out my insurance coverage. Jill was super efficient with my teeth imaging and considerate of how it can get uncomfortable. Lipsa was also so considerate of pain and truly explained what everything meant. I could tell that Dr. Doug is knowledgeable and definitely trust him with diagnosing what was wrong.
