Super friendly and pleasant, they explained everything and gave me options for a treatment plan. Professional and friendly—just a great experience with general dentistry and dental checkups. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing dental care.

Writing for a friend who visited Aspen Dental in Salisbury, MD today. She confirmed her insurance was accepted before the appointment, then drove in bad weather. When she arrived, they said her insurance wasn't accepted. She waited and waited but never saw a dentist. Incredibly unpleasant and disappointing—she won't return.

Being this was my first visit and I wasn’t sure what to expect I want to say everyone from the front desk to dental assistants Karen & Olivia to the office staff Rashiem and can’t leave out Dr B all were wonderful and made my first visit a breeze to get through. I had the best experience at Aspen Dental of Salisbury! I got an appointment right away and everyone from the front desk check in, to the assistants that helped me with X-rays and the pre op prep, and to doctor were AMAZING!!! I was very anxious so they really eased my mind a lot! They let my husband and baby stay with me until it was time for my procedure which I really appreciated!!!! And the procedure was so quick and painless and better than I expected!!!! The financial assistance was so helpful also!!! And so easy to achieve!!! 10/10 recommend this facility and I will tell everyone I know!!!!! Will get my dental care from there always! Dr. Bianca Admin was AMAZINGGGG!! So kind and easy to talk to and professional!

Service and staff were exceptional. Unfortunately was told twice prior to my appointment, that they accepted dental ins. I called and spoke to a rep both times. It even states on the web page that they accept most dental insurance plans. They do not!! After paying for my exam. I was presented with an Invoice for recommended work. I would have to pay $4600 upfront … wait to get reimbursed by my insurance company.. I was offered a finance option. They need to advise all patients that they are cash only. Told me they would take care of submitting my claim for me..

From the first time I arrived i was meet with top shelf professionalism. If you are someone who gets nervous or have anxiety Olivia and Toya will make all that melt away!! They are very out going and funny, where you see one you will see the other. They leave you wanting to come back time and time and sad when your visit is over.
