Everyone that works in the office is very friendly and welcoming. I got an exam, they told me everything I need to get done, showed me my x-rays, and made it easy to understand. I'm definitely rescheduling to get my work done. 10 out of 10 experience.

The kindest, most competent dental office I have ever encountered. My teeth have been an issue for over 30 years—caps, bridges, infections, all my teeth removed, surgery, dentures, implants. Often I was treated like my mouth issues were due to poor hygiene or poverty. Today, none of that. Kind, helpful, competent, and reasonable. Not sure of the names of the women who helped me with my root canal and temporary crown today, but they were both so sweet! The assistant was really nice and made me feel way less anxious than I was before coming in. They explained everything beforehand and kept me informed during the treatment. The whole process was super quick and painless!

Worst experience I have ever had at any dentist office. I knew I needed a deep cleaning and had problems with my gums and 3 loose teeth, but no gum pocket measurements were taken on top of my mouth. I was told I needed to have 3 bottom teeth pulled and they recommended implants. I was asked to wait for Amanda (not sure of her title) to provide a treatment plan. No treatment plan was given for my upper mouth, which I know needs work. The only treatment plan they provided was for four post implants. I asked them to separate the deep cleaning from the rest, but felt unheard.

I visited Aspen dental for a severe tooth pain/crown issue. I was presented with all possible diagnostic and treatment options with zero pressure. I elected to try antibiotics 1st to clear up an infection and then reevaluate. They gave me a reasonable quote with different treatment options and again no pressure. Went in for my first exam yesterday and it was a great experience. Dr. Machin and her team were thorough and friendly. Savannah at the front desk even went out of her way to help me contact my insurance company. Really appreciated that extra help.

Honestly, Aspen Dental in Venice is the first place that actually got me through a dental visit without panicking. I've got a terrible gag reflex and always dreaded going to the dentist. The whole team here was super patient and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. They took their time with everything and made sure I was comfortable. If you have dental anxiety or a sensitive gag reflex like me, give them a try. They're absolutely amazing with that sort of thing.

Amanda is an amazing dentist and did a great job fixing a couple of my teeth! Never thought I'd go to Aspen, but I needed a filling replaced on short notice after it fell out from a previous dentist. I now have a permanent dentist! Also, consults are free if you don't have dental insurance, which is really great.

I would like to say that ever since my first time at Aspen Dental at 4246 South Tamiami Trail I have been treated with the best of care! I have been with them a few years now and though some of the staff has changed their caring and expertise has not changed! Be careful at this place right here they will overcharge you for things that you don't want to be done to your mouth. I went to a dentist office called great expression and they took my wire off my teeth when I told him I was going to go to Aspen dental for cleaning they said that's the worst place to go to but instead of taking their recommendation I decided to still go they were telling me the truth Aspen dental is the worst place that I've ever been to all I want was just a cleaning of my teeth but they make up some facetious story trying to overcharge me for things that I don't need I will never ever give this place my business and my time again and any family members and friends that I have I will tell them to never go here to never spend money with this dentist office

My first time here, and they were amazing! The dental hygienist took his time and cleaned my teeth beautifully. The dentist was so knowledgeable, kind, and bent over backwards to find a solution for my dry mouth issues. I couldn't have found a better dental office. Everything was clean and bright. Wow i had such a great experience!!! Julio is a fabulous hygienist! Dr. Machin is so kind and cares about her patients! Both Mckalea and Amanda really understand financing and insurance allowing for me to get true comprehensive care. The dental assistants Mara and Kayla made my xray experience easy and made me laugh the entire time! Laura the lab tech is a true artist at her work!! Thank you Aspen for giving me my smile back!
