Tired of the attitude from billing, especially when it's on them for not running my insurance info correctly over a month ago. Doesn't matter if I'm in the building or on the phoneโI won't be returning. I had to argue and call DCI to prove my collections account was paid months ago before they'd let me schedule. Not the first issue either.

Honestly, I can't even tell you how much the team at Aspire Dental in Dickinson helped me feel good about myself. I'm super self-conscious about my teeth, and whenever I have a problem, they always help me out. The numbing was barely noticeableโthey have such a light hand. I installed a filling because I can't afford a crown now. The filling in the tooth lasted only 3 weeks and I didn't expect it to fall out so quickly.

I have been seeing Dr eberts over 2 years and she is so amazing I have dental anxiety but she made is such a breeze and her staff is so amazing they made all my procures such a breeze we absolutely love everyone there I would highly recommend r her office 10/10

Really nice visit. My appointment was right on time. Had a teeth cleaning and it was one of the best I've hadโvery gentle and understanding of my concerns. They gave me advice on better brushing for my issues. I'll definitely be back.

Great work, clean office, and amazing customer service! I've had two different hygienists and both were great. The doctor is kind and explains everything thoroughly, and the front office is efficient and friendly. I'm picky since I worked in dental for 5 years, but no complaints. I recommend Aspire Dental to all my friends! Thanks for being so kind to my little guy too.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Dr. Eberts was very nice and explained everything well. They were warm and attentive during my son's visit. I'd recommend Aspire Dental 10/10 times! Everyone is so kindโthe dentist is one of the best I've ever been to. I have some dental anxiety, and they make me feel comfortable and never like a burden. If you're looking for a friendly, professional dentist in Dickinson, this is the one!

Itโs weird they got a chiropractic office with the dental office. Two stars because they seen me right away. -3 stars because of my treatment. I could not believe they let me go in such pain without a prescription, I was in the worst pain ever with a infection and, they were going to just send me in my way, i asked to please please do a novacaine shot and they did at least do that. A hour later i WAs back in severe pain and freaking out, what kind of cold blooded people can just let you be in pain that bad. Never going back

The team at Aspire are absolutely amazing, I haven't had dental work done in quite sometime and was understandably apprehensive. They were able to give me a game plan for my dental goals and even give me up front pricing. My entire family will be going to Aspire from now on!!

Dr. Melissa and her staff are fantastic! My youngest son was not gaining weight after he was born and she found that he was lip and tongue tied. She was able to do the procedure and he immediately started doing better and gaining weight! She also did the same procedure on my 8 year old! He went through therapy with her before hand then the procedure. The results were mind boggling. Iโm so thankful for everything they have done for our family and how many issues we were having have been fixed now, thanks to the knowledge and education they have with what we had going on.

I'm so happy I called Aspire dental. My tooth had been hurting for a couple of days, and I couldn't get an appt. at my own dentist for another few weeks...The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and they were kind enough to get me in the same day I called! Dr. Eberts was very professional with the exam, and she is also friendly & caring. I had no idea this place existed, but now that I know..I can definitely say I will be switching over soon. Thank you for the good experience :)

Dr. Melissa is absolutely fabulous, and so is her staff. They're kind, efficient, and truly care about your comfort. I have three boys who also see her, and each one loves her and her team. Thorough exams, great distractions for kids, and even blankets if you get cold. The hygienist Heather even took my toddler to the potty while I was in the chairโtalk about excellent service!

I am so happy with my recent visit to Dr. Melissa Eberts of Aspire Dental in Dickinson. Dr. Melissa has been my dentist for several years. I was happy to follow her expertise and care to Aspire Health Clinic. As always, I received the most courteous and professional service.
