Not happy with my appointment. I paid $800 for a deep clean last year, and when I came in for a regular cleaning, the hygienist barely looked in my mouth and said I needed more deep cleaning. Then she said I need to come every three months. I just wanted a cleaning—if there's an infection, give me antibiotics. I don't need more x-rays that cost $225 on top of the cleaning fee. Felt like they were pushing services I didn't need.

If I could rate the dentist separately, I would—he was phenomenal. But their billing practices felt shady. I found the office through my insurance's in-network provider list, with Dr. Ballard listed as in network with 'greater savings potential' at the Burleson address. They asked me to pay almost $10k upfront for a few crowns and a root canal. I paid partially out of desperation. When I got my EOB, it said I was due $7k back. Not happy.

Oh my goodness!! I have been to so many dentist in my life and Dr.Furman is by far the best I have ever had!!! All of his staff are awesome with taking care of you as well. And Jason!! Oh my he is amazing as well!!!! I cannot express how much they helped me and my sister with our fears!! We had a whole mouth extraction and dentures. Wow!! They are with us through it all!!! Today was our first visit for the whole family and we are so thrilled to have these folks as our new dental care providers. Christina did our cleanings and not only did she do a phenomenal job, but she has a personality to calm anyone who may be nervous, and may possibly get a laugh out of you as well. She was very gentle, yet thorough, focusing on every tiny detail. Dr. Miller was so kind and warm, also very quick and gentle. You walk into this place and can immediately tell these people love what they do. The gal at the front desk was sweet and helpful and made us feel welcome right away. We’ve been floating around over the last few years trying out different dentists and we’ve never been as pleased with anyone as what we are with Ballard. From beginning to end, this place has it down. We are so grateful for them and they did such a good job!!!
My first visit was definitely a winner. Alysa was my hygienist and I absolutely loved her!!! She was gentle but thorough. My dentist Dr. Miller was very kind. Both of them took the time to answer my questions (I always have a lot of them). Everything from the waiting area to the bathrooms to the offices were exceptionally clean. Overall this was a wonderful experience, and I already have a follow up appointment scheduled.
