First time at this practice and it was amazing! Dr. Nguyen and staff were so warm and welcoming. My child felt comfortable right away. He needed a filling for a cavity, and they used the Solea laser instead of drilling and needles. What an experience! Highly recommend this place in Basking Ridge.

I was very impressed with this office. My little ones are always excited about going to see Dr. Nguyen and it’s a relief to finally find such a caring and gentle Dentist. The office is very clean and the entire staff is very attentive and friendly. Our appointment was excellent from beginning to end.
I am so happy to find Dr Tina Nguyen and her practice! The office facility is always clean and organized with activities for children of all ages in the waiting area. The location is conveniently located right off of Interstate 78 (exit 33). The front desk staff is very friendly and making appointments are easy with helpful postcard reminders sent a month in advance of your appointment; I’ve never experienced any trouble finding an appointment date/time that didn’t work for my family. The dental hygienists are very kind and knew exactly how to calm the nerves of my 4 year old twins while getting an X-ray done for the first time as well as my son having to get scary cavity fillings. Dr Nguyen awards the kids with a choice from a prize box with my son getting to choose an extra special prize after each cavity filling appointment. Dr Nguyen is very thorough in explaining to me as the parent about the cavity filling process to ensure I was also comfortable to put my child through the experience. She cares about prevention as well and gave me tips on how to encourage healthy oral habits for my kids. Overall, Basking Ridge Pediatric Dentistry gets FIVE Stars from me and my family; my twins will be loyal patients for years to come.
It is very hard to find a good dentist, most especially one that specializes in pediatric dentistry. You may find one that is really great with their craft but your child cries every time you get in the door. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Tina Nguyen, who is not only a great dentist but is also mild-mannered and soft-spoken. It is very hard for children to be nervous around Dr. Tina.
To be more specific, how many times have your children announced that they love their dentist very much? My daughter has. She declared it when she was 1 and a half, while getting ready to have her teeth cleaned. That was a little over 10 years ago and my daughter continues to see Dr. Tina and has not stopped saying she loves her, when asked.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very professional and well mannered. The receptionists were remarkably friendly and prompt, which is always nice since they’re the ones that get you settled in.
The Dr. seems to work very softly with her hands because I barely even heard a peep/complaint from my daughter, which is really something I don’t usually see. Glad to have found this dental office and I don’t see myself making a switch anytime soon. Highly recommend.

I think sometimes the patients are better than the parents. That said the staff is welcoming. Waiting area is clean & comfortable with thing for children to occupy their time while waiting. The examination rooms are bright and airy. Dr Nguyen is professional and patient with expert gentle hands for the little ones. They come out happy and one less cavity.

Dr Nguyen is probably one of the most professional, kindest and extremely patient pediatric dentist I've come across (and I've seen a few). The office is beyond clean ( which I am super neurotic about) and the staff couldn't be nicer! We love Dr Nguyen!
Dr. Nguyen is so nice and professional with warmest heart and full of patience with the kids, so do her office staffs. My 5 years old kid had his two crowns and several filling done by Dr. Nguyen, it’s a tough situation but she managed to fix the teeth with her excellent skills and patience. We are very satisfied and feel so lucky to have her to treat the teeth of my kid. The office is clean and neat in a very convenient location. Highly recommended.
