Everyone at Bay Dental was great from the receptionist to Dr assistance and the Doctor himself. He was very thorough explaining what I went there for, and reviewed other situations with different teeth. He explained in detail procedures and costs. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Circosta and his staff and would not recommend them. After my root canal, they were not helpful in managing my care, which led to the spread of an infection in my tooth. They did not follow up properly, leaving me to deal with the complications on my own.
When my insurance changed, their only response was that I could pay upfront if I wanted to continue being seen, without offering any assistance in finding another provider. The lack of care, communication, and concern for my well-being from both Dr. Circosta and his staff was frustrating and unacceptable. I’m very dissatisfied with the services provided and would not trust them with my dental care again.
