Dentist was friendly. My appointment was at 3:30, wasn’t seen until 3:53, and the appointment was for a 2 year old. They can get pretty antsy so it’s important for Dr offices to run on schedule for me, especially to make a good first impression. There was nothing in the waiting room to signal to anyone it was a pediatric office. No toys, no smaller chairs, nothing child sized/related. Another dentist office has all kinds of games and toys for kids to play with while they are waiting so I expected something similar. I would like to see the appointments run on time and the waiting room reflect that of a child’s waiting area if they can’t improve waiting times.
Dr. Taylor is amazing with my toddler who has never liked the dentist. He plays with him and gets him laughing to make him comfortable. He never rushes me when I ask questions. If you need a pediatric dentist in Bedford, IN who gets kids, this is the place. Their pediatric dental care is top-notch.

This office is always so friendly and give honest fact with their opinions. My son 1 year old he does excellent with him. My daughters always come out smiling so I know they are in good care when they go back in the room by themselves.
Dr Taylor has taken great care of both my girls since they were very young. My girls always have a good visit and they work hard to get them in and out quickly.
Unfortunately during a bad pregnancy I missed an appointment for my older child 3 years ago. It’s been really hard to find child dental care in my very rural area that will take my insurance. I had to jump through many hoops to get a referral this year to this dentist, when I got it they said my child would never be allowed to be cared for there because of the missed new patient appointment in 2021. I explained to them everything I’ve gone through trying to find a dentist she could see within the distance my transportation would allow and they don’t care. So Dr Taylor blacklists little children from dental care if their parent makes one mistake of missing an appointment once.

My daughter is 3 and special needs. Dr. Taylor does a great job of getting her to relax and get her teeth checked and/or treated. Yesterday, she had chipped off a piece of her tooth and needed a filling. He managed to keep her calm and she let him work on her with no issues. Like it barely seemed to faze her at all. I was amazed because she will barely even let me brush her teeth. We ALWAYS have a great visit here. Dr. Taylor and the staff I've met are all great. I highly recommend this dentist. I have two older children and this is the best kid's dentist we've been to, hands down.
We were very fortunate to be referred to Dr. Kyle by a friend! He made an extra effort to connect with my son and explain things to him and that really put him at ease. Now he isn't nervous to go to the dentist. I will also say that the rest of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Bedford Pediatric Dentistry!
The dentist was super nice and seemed to be great with children. The only problem I had was with the scheduling and office staff. When I set up the appointment they scheduled my child for 12:50pm and since it was our first visit, told me to show up 15 times immune early to fill out paperwork. I received the first confirmation text with the 'reply C to confirm'and did, and then 3 additional texts, with the time listed in the text.
Imagine my surprise when I showed up and there was an out to lunch sign up... they were on lunch until 1. Which would have been fine... except they wasted my time for me to be there early, and I didn't even receive an 'I'm sorry we scheduled you when we shouldn't have'. I just thought it was unprofessional, and a waste of my time... I had to leave work early to get my child... so 25- 30 mins may not seem like much to some, but it makes a difference. Also. We all make mistakes, but acknowledging it and apologizing would have made a world of difference.
