Bella dental office would be the most professional and with the most patient front desk service I’ve ever encounter. After years of searching I could finally put my dental care and safety in Dr.Li’s hands, she shows signs of professionalism and her knowledge has been very talented.
Dr. Wen Li-Cavallo is the best dentist I've ever seen in New York—personable, professional, and caring. She makes sure you don't feel pain, which is huge for me since I'd rather have a kid than go to the dentist. My issue is with the front desk: I left before because someone was rude and dismissive. Today, I spoke with Eva, and it was the same—not friendly, poor communication. Then she mentioned a new policy about two cancellations and you're out. I wish Eva's bedside manners were like Dr. Li's. Still, for dental emergencies, Dr. Li is amazing.

Hands down, Dr. Li is the best dentist I've ever met in New York. Been with her for three years and keep telling all my friends and coworkers about her. After hearing so many bad dentist stories, she makes procedures not scary at all. Had two wisdom tooth extractions here, and to my surprise, there wasn't much pain and I recovered fast. Her skills are just excellent. Dr. Li and her team are super friendly and answer any questions—she even checked on me during the procedure when I seemed uncomfortable. Honestly, she's a gem for oral surgery in NYC.

Probably one of the best dentists I've been to, no question. During my last visit in New York, Dr. Li-Cavallo really tried to avoid a procedure I was nervous about, and her patience paid off. She actually listens to what you want and is super considerate. Plus, she's a great conversationalist—if you get anxious about the dentist, her bedside manner helps calm you down. Overall, I've been really happy with the work so far, especially with things like root canal therapy. When I'm done, I'm definitely sticking with her for all my dental needs in NYC.

If anyone's more afraid of the dentist, it's me. Dr. Li-Cavallo in New York is an amazing dentist—I was petrified for my appointment, but the whole staff was so warm and friendly, felt like a support team. Had really bad experiences before and put off routine visits, but this was my least painful dental experience ever. Her bedside manner is awesome, everyone makes you feel comfortable. This review won't even cover how thankful I am to have found Bella Dental in New York. The doctor is the absolute best! Not once have I left in pain or had pain after any procedure—multiple root canals, a crown, fillings, deep cleanings. Came here after not going to the dentist for years, and three years later, I'm almost back to brand new. Dr. Li is one of the most incredible dentists you'll find in NYC, highly recommend her for things like dental crowns and more. Thankful for all she's done, you won't find anyone like her.

Excellent - A large filling came out of my tooth late afternoon - these lovely people fitted me in at 6pm - worked late till 7.45 to get me sorted and pain free in time for me to make a flight to London.
