This used to be the only place I trusted for dental work in Belleville, but the assistants weren't very pleasant. One day I went in to get my root canal finished up, and an assistant yelled loudly about my breath while working on my teeth. I jerked from the shock and got hurt. The atmosphere was tense, and I wasn't pleased with the cap color either—just wanted to leave. Never went back after that emergency dental services visit.

I was seen on 10/22/25 at Beltline Dental in Belleville and told they'd refer me to the extraction dentist in the same building, with an appointment expected in a month. Never heard back, and when I called, the receptionist said I was dropped for missed appointments. I missed one on 10/16 but rescheduled for 10/22, paid the fee, and wasn't informed I was dropped until I called. Only missed one appointment and got no contact—super frustrating for tooth extractions care.

This place is horrible. They try to make you pay 50% of the service just to make an appointment. I will NEVER do that!! Needless to say, I canceled any and all future services. I will be looking for a new dentist.
Horrible just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! They’re also dishonest. They wanted me to lie to my insurance about the dentist who saw me. The guy that saw me wasn’t licensed yet. Go elsewhere !
PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE I only went to this place because I couldn’t find anyone who take my insurance in the area. They only care about money and don’t even go over payment plans procedure cost NOTHING. I came in for a broken tooth to see what my options are they referred me to get a root canal and come back for a crown/cap and I called asked if it was possible to just get the tooth pulled I could not afford a procedure that is over 2k. They lie kept telling me they will leave a note for the dentist Kaitlyn to see what she could do and call me back I wait a week no calls me I call again yesterday they said they printed out my chart and left a note for the dentist Kaitlyn to see what she could do if she could either pull it or refer me to someone in office. They didn’t call me back again. They are Unprofessional and if you can’t afford a procedure they don’t give you other options or help you.
The staff smiles but the care did not. The dentist that came in never introduced herself. I felt rushed. She didn't really talk to me just the tech person,never got her name either but she smiles. The price they quoted me was 950 after my insurance. I went to a real.dentist and the cost was 400 after insurance. I paid 450 Up front to Beltline Dental and had to call when my 30 DAYS TO WAIT FOR AN ELECTRONIC REFUND

Very unprofessional to say the least. When I am in tears saying I do not want an extraction, I wasn’t even offered a root canal as an option. So I paid $200 to spend my day crying, knowing that I have to go to another dentist and spend more money. I should’ve stayed with my previous dentist, but I was trying to save money. This is what happens when you don’t have insurance. I’ve learned you get what you pay for though. Pay the extra money so you don’t have someone talking nothing yet extraction, no alternatives.
Honestly like most people I avoid going to the dentist. Belt Line Dental the staff is amazing. Very comfortable feeling all around. They explain every step of way before they perform the procedure. Fast scheduling service, wonderful machines. This dentist office is top notch, I will be returning every 6 months because of the kind staff
I have been a patient at Beltline dental for a few years and I have to admit, they are by far the best dentist office I have ever been treated at. The dentists are very knowledgeable and they break the medical terminology down so you fully understand what's going on.
I will be honest and say that I hadn't been to them since 2019 when I was pregnant with my son. That was my fourth kid so after I had him, I was busy with work, school, and family. I neglected my oral hygiene. So finally, I called them because I was having pain in my mouth. There was no answer. I called them again, no answer. Silly me, I called during their lunch times and never left a message. So I ended up going to another dentist for one visit. I was a little skeptical and didn't go back. I finally called beltline back and left a message. They called me back and got me back in within a few days.
I went today and got x-rays done, a cleaning, and a fluoride treatment. The hygienist took her time to examine my teeth and clean them. It was like heaven on earth. She asked me every few minutes was I okay which shows that she really cares for her patients. She was absolutely amazing. She gave me a goody bag and communicated effectively of what I needed to do in order to maintain my good oral hygiene. I do need some major work done but it was from work I didn't get done when I was pregnant with my son and I had a filling that came out in the midst.
This is the first dentist I've been to that has done work on my mouth to where I didn't have pain months after drilling and filling my teeth. I pray that they stay around for as long as possible. At this point, I don't think I can ever go to another dentist. They are superb.
I had a great experience here at Beltline Dental! The staff is phenomenally kind! Before this experience, I’ve always had horrible experiences at the dentist! This was my first visit here and they made me feel like family. I had two extraction procedures done yesterday and I am feeling wonderful today! You will not regret your decision to choose Beltline! This is my honest opinion!
