Brought my 3-year-old for his first dentist visit in Allendale, NJ and it was awesome. The waiting room has tons of fun toys and is super colorful. Dr. M was so welcoming and made him feel at ease right away. He got to pick a sticker and toothbrush before sitting in the chair, and the TV on the ceiling was the highlight for him. She explained each step and I couldn't believe he let her clean and floss his teeth! He even picked a prize at the end. Honestly, a great experience for pediatric dental care. Highly recommend!

Honestly, we were blown away. Our 4-year-old was terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Mermelstein kept her calm and she actually followed instructions during her cleaning. It was amazing to watch! My 3-year-old son had a wonderful first dental appointment at Bergen County Pediatric Dentistry in Allendale. The dentist was great with him, slowly introducing each instrument. Dr. Mermelstein is amazing in every way. Not only does she relate incredibly well to the kids, she is highly knowledgeable and professional as well. My 8-year-old daughter required some complicated dental work recently which was stressful and scary for me as a parent. Dr. Mermelstein was compassionate and super accessible to me for my many questions. Her treatment plan was 100% exactly what our dentist friend who does not live near us would have prescribed, and the work was flawless. Best of all, both of my daughters love her.

I cannot say how much I enjoyed my experience visiting this Pediatric dental practice! As a new mom of two-year-old I was nervous about bringing my son to the dentist but all of those nerves went away the moment I walked in the office. Dr. Mermelstein was absolutely amazing! It was my son’s first time at the dentist. I was super nervous about how he would react, but Dr. Mermelstein handled him with care. Absolutely amazing pediatric dental practice! The offices are super clean, and the dentist, Dr. Melmelstein is an absolute joy. The office staff is caring and kind as well. If I could give this practice a 10 star out of 5 I would - my daughter loves them!

WOW! Dr. M and her staff make going to the dentist for kids a magical and interactive learning experience. She and her team are so kind, welcoming, detailed, fun and professional. My kids ages 4, 5, 6 were in awe as soon as they walked into the office seeing all of the fun sensory toys and interactive games and began arguing who got to go first. Dr. M dresses as the magical tooth fairy and allowed all the kids to watch and be her "assistants". Thank you for the best experience and more importantly giving my kids the excitement of wanting to take care of their teeth and go to the dentist. They've already asked when we get to go back :-)
