Really great experience at Bespoke Dental in Los Alamitos. From the moment you step in, you'll be greeted by their secretary Autumn who has great energy. Followed by their dental assistant, Ash, who was very personable yet super professional & considerate of my time. Ultimately, meeting Dr. Par who catered exactly to my needs and delivered world class service. I even got a goody bag filled with goods (normal dental care items), but even their bag felt high quality. These people will steal your money! DO NOT go to them for any dental work. They did some work on me, when they were still known as "Smile Select" and they charged me for work they did not complete! For example, I was charged on my care credit card for an implant on an impacted tooth that the dentist at this office did not work on or had even checked if it was needed! I was charged on my credit card, which they made sure I maxed out on my first visit. Then once they changed their name to "Bespoke" and hired a new office manager/dentist, whom is the brother in law of their former office...
We sincerely apologize for your experience and the frustration it has caused. Your concerns regarding billing and incomplete work are serious. I bought a groupon for teeth whitening and had an overall pleasant experience. Ashwin helped me schedule my teeth whitening appointment and was very friendly and helpful. Nancy the dental assistant did my teeth whitening. She was gentle and friendly. My teeth were sensitive and painful for the first 24 hours and then it resolved by 48 hours. I took 3 tablets of over the counter ibuprofen 200mg which helped a lot.
