Usually, my visits to Best Care Dental are great, but this time was a bit rough. I had an appointment booked back in March 2023, but when I showed up, they said I wasn't on the schedule. Ended up waiting an hour before I could be seen. Was about to reschedule, but they promised me the next open chair. Honestly, Yolonda and Pebbles handled it really well and were super professional despite the mix-up. Glad I stayed because Julia turned things around and made my experience better. Even with the wait, the care I got for my dental cleaning was worth it.

Usually I have good experiences when I call to schedule, but today was just not it. Talked to Valencia who was rushing me and didn't want to answer my questions. I wanted an afternoon appointment, but she kept giving me morning times. I had to tell her she was rude. Didn't even book an appointment. I work in healthcare, so that level of service is unacceptable. Might just find another dentist office in Lithonia.

New to the area and picked this dentist because of great reviews and it's only 5 minutes from home. First visit, waited 45 minutes in the reception and left without being seen. Front desk was apologetic and rescheduled. Gave it a second chance, but waited another 45 minutes. Finally got called back, but the wait was frustrating.

This was one of the worst experience I have had . First of my appointment was at 1:30 arrived on time and didn't get called back until 3:23 to get to the back and wait 35 more mins only for Dr.Harrison to come in run through my mouth and exit in less than 3 minutes the man didn't have time to talk to me about nothing. I will not be returning period

If you have a cavity or need a cap don’t let them touch your mouth, they’ll leave spaces in between your teeth and create horrible food traps. You will need floss everywhere you go it’ll be hell. My stepdad went through it, and he went to the military for dental work and when they fixed his mouth they told him that THEY WOULD’VE BEEN FIRED if they did that over there. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Just get your cleaning and that’s it!
