Had a really concerning experience at this dental office. The place was dirty—puddle of water on the floor in the patient area. Equipment seemed outdated, like film X-rays instead of digital. The dentist scheduled me personally, but when I showed up they said no appointment. Then they said they don't accept my insurance because 'they don't pay.' Should've been checked before. Front desk wasn't trained, wrote my info on paper. Not what I expected in Wyandanch.

That receptionist is horrible. She doesn't tell you what you need, unprofessional, and has a disgusting attitude. The doctors are nice, but she sucks. Really turned me off from this place.

Never going back. My son had COVID and missed 2 appointments, and they said don't come back. That's messed up. We found a great dentist in Deer Park now—much nicer office. Be smart and find a new dentist.

Right away you can tell it's unsanitary. Walls look filthy, glass cleaned with just water. The cleaning itself was horrible—he only cleaned about 4 teeth and used a toothbrush. Never again.

Terrible office. He pulled one of my teeth but left a broken piece in my mouth. Got infected, had to go back. He took out the rest but put so much pressure on my other tooth that it loosened. Absolutely terrible and nasty person.

After trying a bunch of dentists, I finally found one I like. First appointment here and I loved it. The receptionist was super sweet, and the doctor actually listened to my concerns about my teeth. He made recommendations without pushing anything. I had to bring my infant and toddler—the receptionist even watched them while I was in the chair for a cleaning. Definitely recommend this place in Wyandanch for general dentistry.
