Lina the receptionist was accommodating, booking an appointment ASAP and checking me in. Scanned a QR code, filled out forms, and was in the X-ray chair in under ten minutes. Dr. Tong reviewed everything, asked great questions, answered mine, and gave recommendations to keep my smile healthy. Dr. Sunny Chan at Boss Dental in New York, NY was very attentive and professional, giving good advice. The office location was easy to find, and there was almost no waiting time—checked in by scanning a QR code for paperwork and was seen in under 10 minutes. This dentist will always have to wait more than half an hour for your appointment, and intentionally makes you go more often, and you have to wait twice for a tooth that can be make up at once!

Wanted to give 0 stars—completely wasted time and money at Boss Dental in New York. Had a scheduled appointment but waited 2 hours with no management. Everyone was just walking around, and no one followed up on appointments. Don't come to this dental office; there are much better ones in Chinatown, NYC. Really disappointing for what should have been a simple visit.

This office in New York consistently runs over an hour late from scheduled appointments and isn't considerate about it. They're also not communicative with scheduling—told me they'd call back about an appointment time that week but never did. The only reason I come here is because my insurance covers it. Not a great experience for dental check-ups in NYC.

Had a tooth extraction surgery at Boss Dental in New York, and Dr. Chan didn't explain the risks. In the middle, he said he couldn't continue because it was too dangerous, and he left some material in my tooth. Couldn't chew hard food for a month—very unprofessional. Do not recommend for emergency dental care in NYC.
