Dr T has such a great bedside manner. I get so nervous in the dentist chair but her calm way of explaining what she was doing and her and her nurse’s gentle handling of my teeth, checking if I was ok made me relax!

I am very happy that the office backs up their work. One Doctor left who did my tooth work but the office let me see another dentist who took care of my issue. Today I went to Dr. Jonathan Bowden himself , I cannot say enough about him. He is excellent in his work, respectful and like I said he takes care of any issue of his office even if he was not the one who worked on you. As a nurse in many leadership positions , I know what excellent customer service is . I will pass the word that if anyone needed a wonderful dentist. He is the one to see , no other.

From the moment I walked in the energy felt positive in this place. The receptionist was very kind and had a great demeanor to her duty there. She was helpful with answering some questions I had regarding insurance, etc. She didn’t seem phony and just act nice because she had to. She was herself and a very nice person. The dentist and dentist’s assistance were very kind as well and made me laugh a few times. I felt like they were sincere and really took pride in the work they do there. Place was clean and patients adjustable chair was more comfortable than other places I’ve been. Highly recommend this place.
I’m really impressed with my visit. First - I was able to be seen quickly and the office staff took care of all paperwork very easily including checking and submitting insurance. I did not have to wait for my appointment. Dr Bowden spent time going over current information and recommended treatments, making sure I understood everything clearly. The office is clean and instruments up to date. I highly recommend the practice.
