Honestly, I haven't even stepped foot in the office yet and I'm already put off. I had an appointment today at 4:00 PM. Someone named Jennifer called this morning to confirm my dental insurance because I accidentally gave health insurance info before. I asked her to hold while I grabbed my dental card, and she shouted at me saying if I don't have insurance I can pay out of pocket! Shocked at her rudeness. When I called back later to give the correct details, Kathy picked up and again was rude. Not a good start for a pediatric dentist in Branchburg.

I've been bringing my kids here since they were little, and even after moving away, I drive 45 minutes for their cleanings. But I was surprised to see a sign saying kids 6 and older can't be accompanied by a parent. My kids weren't comfortable alone until 8 or 9. I'd never leave a 6-year-old alone. Please reconsider that policy.

Dr. Lapena is amazing with my boys! One was terrified of the dentist, but now they're 14 and almost 12 and totally comfortable with cleanings and everything. They even handled a real emergency when my son hurt his mouth running into a table—she reassured both of us. They never get annoyed when I remind them about appointments. Couldn't be happier with the care we get in Branchburg.

Excellent care for my 7-year-old autistic daughter who needed some work done. They met her for the first time, did the exam and digital X-rays, and even accommodated treatment that same day. I know that's not always possible, but I'm so blessed to have found this practice in Branchburg. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! The dentist, assistants, front staff—everyone is fantastic. My kids actually get excited to come here. The facility is clean, safe, and fun, with TVs on the ceiling and cute sunglasses for the kids. They have toys and stickers too. The staff are so sweet, gentle, and patient—they dance, sing, and talk about their interests to keep kids relaxed. Highly recommend Branchburg Pediatric Dentistry!

I was very impressed with how this office helped me regarding an insurance issue. My insurance company gave me wrong information about coverage and the ladies at this office went out of their way to reach out to me and the insurance company multiple times to kindly clarify some information so I would not have unexpected out of pocket costs. Their office is so accommodating for the children, my 3 and 5 year old always have a great experience.

We've never had a bad experience here. Our daughter is 16 now and still coming, even with braces. The dentist always comes out to greet us and explains what they'll do that visit—like if she needs X-rays. They walk her out and discuss the care plan. The office is clean and modern. Great pediatric dentist in Branchburg.

I will never go to another pediatric dentist! Every single person I have come into contact with in this office are so friendly. They are all amazing with my kids - one of which screams and cries the entire time. They are so patient and will sing songs, never getting frustrated. The last visit, Hope was especially helpful as she pulled me in to my son’s visit explaining exactly what was going on and asking my opinion on how I feel about the situation. I loved that!
Wonderful experience bringing my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time. The place is very clean, organized and kid-friendly! They were very patient with my little guy. He was nervous so they talked him through everything and explained to him in a way he could understand. There was a TV playing Bluey in the ceiling so, as he laid down, he could be distracted. They also gave him a “prize” at the end. Very happy choosing this spot!
Dr. Devi and her team are amazing! I have four children that see her. One of my children required more dental help than the others and Dr. Devi coached me through everything. She is a very knowledgeable doctor who cares and really takes her time to get to know you as a family and your dental needs and struggles. Jasmine, the dental hygienist is great with my kids, and Cathy at the front is always a pleasure to speak with over the phone and is very helpful with billing. We feel very comfortable going there, it's like family. I recommend this doctors office to anyone.
