Was nervous about finding a new dentist, but this place is spotless and the staff is super welcoming. Location is convenient. They listened to me, went over treatment in detail, and started work the same day. So happy to have found them. Plus, Dr. Braunlin loves sci-fi! My husband liked it here, but I had issues. I'm on Medicare Advantage so little dental coverage. The hygienist was nice and professional. I needed two crowns on the left side, and a filling and crown on the right. I paid cash each visit. I gave an extra $500 toward the left side but they didn't credit it. Also, during my appointment Dr. Braunlin and his assistant kept talking about a barbecue place they wanted to visit, which bothered me. And when they had trouble with impressions, they didn't handle it well.

I am forever grateful for Braunlin Family Dentistry! After years of negligence at a different dentist office I decided to find a new dentist. I was nervous because of the issues I was having with my teeth, but I will never forget the comfort I felt after just the first phone call with Amy at this office. I received devastating news about my teeth at my first visit but all of the people in the office and Dr. Braunlin assured me they would give me the best care and treatment- and cheapest! I was in and out of their dentistry for the next few months to complete my treatment and was met with the best care, kindness and patience at every single appointment. This entire facility is automatically comforting. The wonderful ladies up front, get you checked in and ready for your appointment with great attitudes. If you've ever had dental issues, you know how important that is. The paperwork was a breeze online. The dental assistants, excellent, extremely knowledgeable and offered every comfort and reassurance. Dr Braunlin, superb dentist. He went over everything with me, made sure we were all on the same page and I understood what was going on and the next steps to take. He even offered a prayer and of course I accepted! This world needs more people like all of these people! Thank you all for one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist office. I recommend this dentist office to anyone who asks.
