My first visit here was honestly amazing. I'd been to another franchised dentist in Atlanta and it wasn't great, so I needed a second opinion. Annie at the front desk was warm and helpful on the phone and in person. Shelita, the dental assistant, was super attentive right away. Then Dr. Patel came in and I was so impressed by how professional he was. He explained everything about my treatment plan in a way that was practical and easy to understand. Had an amazing experience! Andrea was wonderful and super informative while cleaning my teeth. She gave me maintenance tips I actually needed. Dr. Patel was great too. I have been a patient of Dr Stan Eisenberg for at least 30 years it went well until the beginning of his retirement planning last January. I had trouble with my implant anchored prostheses it was falling out I called him as I always did with a problem he was unresponsive. Later he texted he was busy with family he refused to see me the prostheses fell out and due to not being properly removed it broke and needed total replacement the prosthedontist who saw me and did the work said clearly my care had been terrible— the appliance should have been cleaned yearly- not done and should have been removed properly I asked Stan to share the cost of 25000 $ first he asked to be sent bills and ultimately responded with false statements from what he called his record— missed apts and refusal of treatment. None of which ever harmed. He is working to leave the practice his interest and care is compromised. He is not any longer safe to see. Oddly, he never terminated me— only my wife who has never had an issue in the office or compromised her care. Last year she needed an implant. The advice from him was poor— call him if she had more pain— she had an abscess and fortunately did not depend on him. Poor care- lack of interest- and dishonest reporting in the record. Stay away from here. The new owner Dr Sonny Patel is no better he did nothing to improve any of these problems.

I just had my first appointment with this practice, due to a painful tooth issue. Sonny Patel was amazing!!! He offered multiple options, instead of immediately suggesting one procedure or an expensive fix. He also cleared up a longtime assumption I had, thinking a tooth was dead. It’s excited because it’s not and can be repaired! He was so professional, positive and he’s truly an expert!!! Thank you Dr. Patel!

Awesome dentistry practice! Savvy with insurance bureaucracy, good with scheduling, polite and personable. Very good at explaining things. It's a pleaaure going there even though it's a dental appointment. One time my insurance refused to cover some digital x-rays because my last dentist went bankrupt and I couldn't get the records. Briarcliff Dental Group just took them again for the sake of good dental care and did not charge me. Great caring dentists.

From the front office employees to the hygienist to the doctors, just a first class team. They truly treat you like family. They remember your name, life events, and are more interested about your health more so than the money. Ms. Carroll greets you with a warm demeanor and great smile. Keisha and Ms. Gwen know what your insurance will cover and work with you to make payments if needed. Lauren is the best dental hygienist, she takes her time cleaning and analyzing your oral health. Dr. Patel and Dr. Eisenberg and the dental assistants (Rita and Joy) are great, they know how to make you comfortable no matter the procedure. If you are needing a team that uses the latest technology, treats you like family, and keeps your teeth looking fabulous, this is the place to go.

My husband, two sons, and I have gone to this practice for 17 years. The dentists and other staff are empathetic, efficient, and skilled. One time my father was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. Dr. Eisenberg came into the office and treated him on the weekend. When my dad moved to Decatur, he immediately became an official patient of the practice. It is wonderful to go to a practice that knows and cares about us all.
Could I give more than 5 stars? Maybe 10 or 20? Briarcliff Dental Group is fantastic in every way. Everyone who works there is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The dentists are kind of like friends...so wonderful. A stellar group in every sense. Cannot recommend highly enough!

provide excellent basic and necessary dental care without pushing expensive unnecessary options, although they do inform you about treatments to prevent issues in the long term.
The friendly & professional administrative staff does a great job with follow up calls for upcoming appointments and available times. The dental hygienists are thorough, provide excellent dental advice, and answer all of my questions. Dr. Patel is very precise and discusses my dental health with detail and patience. My late teen daughters are also patients. They are very comfortable with the staff and Dr. Patel.
