As a veteran, I was referred here through the VA due to limited capacity at their clinics and I’m genuinely grateful I was sent to this place. From the moment I walked in, everything was efficient, organized, and incredibly accommodating. My schedule had to change last minute, and the staff handled it without any hassle. That alone already says a lot about how much they respect their patients’ time. I came in for fillings and was especially anxious because I have TMJ and a strong dislike for anesthesia injections. But Dr. Lee and the team completely changed that experience for me. The procedure was smooth, and they really made sure I was comfortable. If you need general dentistry or dental exams in Federal Way, I highly recommend them.

This place literally sucks. i was at the dentist office for an hour and 10minutes and all they did was take x-rays. the doctor looked at my teeth for 2 minutes, then said id have to make two separate extra appointments for the cleaning and cavity fill. Do not go here if you value your time! The assistant also made a micro aggressive comment towards me.

Since coming to Bright now dental, the staff is extremely professional. It’s very clean safe and when you come in, you feel like you’re a part of a family .When you go inside all smiles very professional very informative definitely very homey vibes.

The surgeon did an amazing job, had my wisdom tooth pulled in a matter of minutes with no issues. My main complaint is that I was left in the chair in a back station twice up to 15 minutes each time between clean and polish and between polish and checkup and no one came by to tell me what was happening or how long I would need to wait. When I asked what was happening the lady rudely asked if I wanted to leave. No apology for the wait, no explanation what was going on. Other than the general disrespect, the technicians did a thorough cleaning and polish and Dr Gloria was attentive to my needs and was caring and the front desk staff were efficient and pleasant.

Bright Now in Federal Way is amazing! The place is super clean. And their staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Blake explains everything that you will be doing that day upfront. Doctor Lee is a consummate professional. He will talk to you all the way through whatever procedure you are having done, explaining what's going on and keeping you comfortable. And his assistant Trang makes sure that you understand everything that has taken place. This is by far the best dental experience I have had in recent years. Great job!

I am not pleased with your service at all. I got dentures that never fit my mouth. I have told you guys over and over when I first got the dentures you told me to just keep putting it in and letting it stay in my mouth and it will eventually work, but it never did work. I paid $1000 for my upper dentures that never worked and I tried over and over to put them in but they were too small and too tight. I have told you guys that over and over again, but you didn’t care or you just didn’t hear me. Now I went the other day and asked for help about these dentures and all you say is it was you could.

This office scheduled and billed an exam for my child but does not treat cavities in children. We were given a referral and advised to find our own provider for treatment for one single tooth. The offices that do provide pediatric treatment require a new exam, meaning our insurance benefit was already used and we are now paying out of pocket. Parents should be clearly informed before scheduling that exams may be billed even if no treatment will be provided.

Everyone at this practice was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. This was by far the most positive dental visit I have experienced in my 73 years of life. Very thankful that I lucked out when choosing a dental center.
The angriest reception desk I’ve ever experienced. I scheduled a new patient teeth cleaning appointment over the phone. Was told to expect an email, but I never received anything. Arrived in person to find out angry person talking to me in a rude, unacceptable manner that this is not a teeth cleaning appointment, but a new patient appointment, and that the person scheduled my appointment is working remotely, aka call center and repeatedly giving false information to the new patients. Turns out Bright Now has multiple cases like this, and I guess this is their way of handling such situations.

i wish i can give negative star for this place. The staffs is nice, but not the manager. They have a racist or discriminated manager. I got the appointment for fill in, but when i came in for the fill in, they said they already filled in my cavities since last May, and they need to do examination again with Xray and charged few hundreds dollars for it (my insuranced paid). After examination, they found i had a lot of cavities need to be fill in, so it means that dentist didnt do their job on last May. Then, i asked for filled in, they said the new dentist havent got assigned to my insurance, so i couldnt get the refill. Afterward, the manager pulled me over, and said I have cheapest insurance that few dental office will take, and said last time they told me to remove the wisdom teeths but i didnt do it, and if somethings happens it will not be their responsibility, i get that point, but that manager said it in not a respectful way. I was gonna ask that manager " did you get some type of customer service training or ethics course in school? because she definitely need a lot of communication skill training and learn how to respect people. I dont get any problem with staffs, they are really nice, not that manager.
p/s: The manager kept telling me to sign the release form, and go to different dental office if i dont want to wait for 2-3 months or even longer for fill in my cavity. I did signed and found a better dental office. Thank for the mistreament :).

Love this office! There’s a new dentist and she’s amazing, I was going to a different place before that was not great. Here I feel like I get first class treatment! I have to get several crowns and I’m so comfortable sitting there and they did everything they could to make sure my bite is comfortable and offered gas which was a much better price. Receptionist are all amazing, polite, and answer my ten thousand questions without getting annoyed! Love it here and 10/10 recommend!

I have come to this location for some time. My last visit was awful. I’m not sure what changed but the hygienist was very disrespectful and rude and kept trying to prove that I wasn’t telling the truth. Her name was Trang. While I was having my teeth cleaned I also kept hearing someone berating others. Turned out it was a dentist and she was headed my way next. I was so uncomfortable. I kept answering Trang’s questions and she kept basically saying I was lying. She didn’t read my chart and then told me what I was saying wasn’t true. I have never been treated like this before. When I told the front desk they just apologized and said ok when I said I didn’t want to finish the service because I was not about to have anyone accuse me of lying nor was I going to have a dentist yelling at staff and/or clients while in my mouth. I’m so disappointed. I’m not sure what’s changed but something definitely has. I’m going elsewhere. Let me know when the chaos is over.

I had an appoinment scheduled for Tuesday at 11am at the Maple Valley Bright Now. Got a voicemail at 9am saying that they have to reschedule. They have an opening on Thursday. I call them the next day to reschedule and the only opening for Thursday they have is a 1pm. I couldn't do that time. Mind you I took Tuesday off just for my dentist appointment. And my next days off aren't untill the following Thursday and Friday. Which they dont have any openings for. I only know my work schedule 1 week in advance so it's real had to schedule. I do know that I could make any appoinment after 3pm. The lady then told me that they could get me in for an appoinment in October. Which is way to long for me to wait. I have a cavity that need taken care of soon before it gets infected and can infect my replaced knee. Let's just say I'm not a very happy person right now. I guess it's time to look elsewhere for a dentist.

The staff has been caring, amazing and wonderful! This is the first time I have been getting regular cleaning at a dentist office. I had some really horrible experiences with dentists in the 70's and 80's and really really hated going to a dentist. When I first went and explained the situation the staff listened and made sure to be careful and explain things to me. Each one had a gentle touch! After having several appointments with them, my last cleaning was the first time walking towards the chair I didn't experience the yucky feeling I usually do! Seriously thank you to each and every one.

My insurance company set me up with Bright Now Dental. From my first examination visit they evaluated my dental needs. They were very thorough and took the time to explain their findings. The office staff spent the time going over what my coverage is and what I will be responsible for. My first procedure was two root canals. The doctor and assistant worked very well together. Their attentiveness to patient health and comfort was from beginning to end. I highly recommend Bright Now Dental in Federal Way.
