Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my visit. I used to bring my kids here for pediatric dentistry in the Bronx, but we switched because the front desk and doctors just didn't feel right. Came back for myself because of a bad toothache and visible damage to my wisdom tooth. The hygienist and the X-ray tech were nice and professional, gotta give credit there. But the rest? I showed up an hour early for my 12:00 appointment, was the first patient there, and still had issues. Just felt rushed and not listened to. Won't be coming back for adult dentistry either.

Everyone here is great! Kind and supportive. Front desk greets you with a good attitude and tells you what to do politely. Doctors are very gentle and let you know what they'll do before doing it—no rushing. I've had cleanings elsewhere and always left bleeding, but this is the only place in the Bronx that actually took care of me. Highly recommend for preventive dental care and routine cleanings.

Recently my daughter was seen at Dr. Frankel dentistry office for teeth cleaning. My husband normally takes her.. However, my daughter informed the dentist that she had extra teeth growing in and they ignored her. I called to speak with the dentist about what would be the treatment and why didn’t they tell dad what was going on with her teeth. I spoke with Amy “Dr Frankenstein wife” she stated. I asked why was not dad given the plan of care begin that she has teeth growing where baby teeth are. She stated that I(me) was not there and let her speak with the dentist about her X-rays )as if I was lying it happen). Meanwhile, dad had already informed me they did not tell him anything about her visit. Then she was very rude speaking over me telling that it cost $200 to pull a tooth and that insurance does not cover it. Today, she calls me and says she spoke with the dentist and she reviewed her X-rays and in a perfect world they would pull them and that it cost $120.I guess that was her way of saying yes that should take it out. I told her that the money is not my concern my concern is my daughter’s teeth and to stop telling how much it cost. Tell me what is the best plan. Bottom line, she so use to serving this community who she feels she does not have to give care to and billing for the basic cleaning and doing what she wants and speaking how she wants because she the “wife” customer service is far from her mind. Please retire that place would probably do much better. Unacceptable! PS. Please don’t respond with fake positivity response. #RUN

Great experience at our family dental office. The tall light-skinned woman in the blue hat showed real professionalism and care, especially with my daughter and son who were nervous. She calmed them, gave them confidence, and made the whole visit smooth. Because of her and the team, this is where my family will keep coming for our dental care.

I got a crown on my front tooth done this week, and it’s phenomenal. Doctor Liz made the whole experience painless and had great attention to detail making sure I had a perfect bite and smile. Amy had my back with insurance sending multiple applications making sure I got approved.

First time visiting this dental office in the Bronx, found them on Google. Called to check if they accept my insurance—they do! Elizabeth set me up over the phone and got me an appointment within a week, which was amazing since my old place never had openings. Checked in with Rebecca, who explained everything and also booked appointments for my three boys. Both Elizabeth and Rebecca were super nice and fast. My appointment went smoothly from check-in to finish. Great for pediatric dentistry and routine cleanings.
