Needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and they got me in same day. Everything went great and my mouth healed in a week. Only downside is the X-ray and extraction cost was high even with insurance, but the service was solid.

I was looking for a new dentist and came here last Fall. I wouldn't write a review except I've had multiple disappointments now from this dentistry bordering on unethical:
1. I went in for xrays and a cleaning, and upon finishing my xrays, I was informed they didn't have time to do my cleaning and I'd have to schedule another appt.
2. When I came back for what I thought would be a standard cleaning, they proceeded through the cleaning and then upon checkout, I was unexpectedly charged. I asked why it wasn't covered and was told at that point they had actually done a deep gingivitis cleaning and I'd have to come back for part 2 of the cleaning in a few weeks for yet another charge. I expressed my confusion on not being informed of this ahead of time, and they simply said "sorry, we thought you knew."
3. When I informed them I didn't want to schedule my next appt right away but would contact them, the front desk was pushy and repeatedly said I needed to schedule one and kept suggesting dates despite my wishes to hold off.
4. This was my first time to a new dentist in a year, but prior to that I'd gone regularly and had one cavity my whole life. This dentist however told me I had EIGHT cavities, and insisted they all needed fillings and crowns ASAP, and proceeded to call me once a week to schedule all of these procedures. They also submitted estimates to my insurance without my knowledge or request. I stopped going here and just went to Tend dentist in Buckhead two days ago and was informed I actually only have one cavity....
Overall, I came away feeling like I was being intentionally misled and hounded to do procedures I don't really need.
First time there every one made me feel so welcome. It has been some years since my last dental appointment and I felt comfortable with the staff telling me everything in a way that I could understand. Can't wait to go back for my treatment!
Couldn't be happier with my visit. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. My dental assistant explained every step, and Dr. Scarlett was professional and addressed all my concerns. They even showed before and after pictures of my teeth cleaning to highlight the work. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family in Atlanta.

Dr. Anita and her staff are phenomenal! Punctual, professional, inviting. The waiting area and service areas are always clean. They make you feel at home and include you in all decisions. Absolutely love Brookhaven Village Dentistry! They do excellent work. My cleanings always look like I got my teeth bleached. I never wait more than five minutes before getting called back, and they take their time with your teeth. I'm relaxed, listening to good music while they gently clean and floss. Even with cavities or root canals, I know I'm in great hands. They treat you like family. Been a patient for years and couldn't be happier.

Dr Gordon and staff are the best in the business. They treat each patient like they are a family member. They are personable and professional. The office is always clean. The staff is always courteous. I had a filling done and Dr. Gordon and her assistant, Feddie, were so professional in their work, I had to ask is done? when they told me I could go. I have no pain and I am very pleased with the way it went.

I’ve been one of Dr. Gordon’s first customers over 35 years ago. Very trusted dentist that tells you what you need to know and it’s always at the right time. Also, all the hygienist are top notch and the administration staff are to. Everyone is very personable and caring. Here’s to another 35 years!!!

The receptionist is very kind and will always give you the best greeting. I totally recommend everyone be their parents. If i could i would give them mor than 5 stars.

I love Maxine! She's the best hygienist! I flew down from NY just to get my teeth cleaned by her. She is super thorough and patient. Dr. Gordon is also wonderful and kind. Great bedside manner! She always asks about my family, and cares about how I'm doing. (She even spent her lunch break time chatting with me!) Gordon Family Dentistry is also very clean, and I felt really protected especially during this Covid19 time. I always look forward to my 6 months check ups. I highly recommend them!!

Had an excellent experience today! The whole staff was professional, the office was super clean, and everyone had proper PPE. Front desk ladies Andy and Maria were great. My hygienist Maxine did a wonderful job with my cleaning—she's friendly, funny, and thorough. Dr. Gordon was knowledgeable and patient, and her assistant Freddy was amazing. Feeling confident about my upcoming procedure.

I love this place!! Sharon is a great hygienist. I have been a patient for over 25 years. I love Dr. Gordon. She always comes to talk to me to see how I am doing. I always feel special when I go there.
