Our old dentist was moving to another state and we needed to find a new dentist. Also our son had just chipped his tooth and needed to get in for a repair ASAP. We had heard several recommendations for Bundy Family Dentistry so we decided to give them a try. We have been pleased!! I had extreme anxiety about the dentist after a previous bad experience and some health issues that cause me to have a low pain tolerance. The entire team at Bundy Family Dentistry helped put me at ease and healed a lot of the trauma I had by spending extra time to explain things and genuinely showing care for my comfort.
I had several issues that needed addressed with my teeth and I felt informed about my options and very in control of the treatment plan. The staff are all patient, easy-going, and flexible so there is no pressure or judgement at any point of the process. Thanks to their talent and hard work, I have finally reached the point that I just need regular maintenance cleanings for the first time in decades. And honestly, I'm looking forward to the next one! If you struggle with anxiety/trauma or getting to the dentist in general, I urge you to try this place out.
Dr. Bundy is gentle and kind both in nature and practice. He remembers personal details well and feels very connected for the time he spends with you. As far as his dentistry skills - He's clean, quick, and light-handed with his tools and never feels intrusive or invasive. His methods are mirrored by his colleagues, who are all just as pleasant and in-tune with patient care as he is.
The facility itself is pristine and well-organized. Rarely do I spend more than 2 or 3 minutes in the waiting room, but it is stocked with drinks and has comfortable seating. They've done a lot of detail work to make the practice exceptional. From the free mini-chapsticks on your way out to gorgeous landscaping and window bird feeders that give you something pretty to look at while you're in the chair. The technology and equipment is up-to-date, including the text reminders for appointments and the option to pay online.
Overall, 10/10 recommend and can't thank them enough for the dozens of ways they've helped me. Special mention to Suzi at the front desk who is the most calming and understanding spirit I've met in quite a while!
