Not only were the nursing and office staff delightful and helpful, but the whole environment was relaxing and extremely comfortable. When I called, they realized I was in pain and got me in immediately. That meant a lot. When you enter, you're greeted with a smile, and they're so pleasant you don't want to leave. Dr. Spurlock was incredible—polite, well-educated on my problem, and as kind as could be. Very professional and thorough. Previously had a different diagnosis, but they sorted it out.

Dr Spurlock was always awesome along with his assistance….. but then it went downhill with his front office people…I’ve been trying to work with them and it’s just not possible. I told the front receptionist to book a appointment with me in May and she decided not to do it. The insurance lady sometimes calls you back or doesn’t at all. She also told me my insurance would take three weeks in contacting her back … I called that day and they gave me the price. There front desk are not worth the aggravation they wonder why my blood pressure was so high. I’m extremely sad to say I will be going to a different dentist. It’s extremely sad when you pay so much money for getting something really important done and you just don’t want to have it taken care of because of staff issues…. UPDATE… I just called once again to see if maybe they would have Dr Spurlock call me I’m in a extreme amount of pain.. I waited yesterday and today. I was told he would be calling me back. Now I’m finding out that I’m being refused from anymore services from him… Even though I was told yesterday that he would call me and I waited all this time. They should have told me yesterday. Today the office manager supposedly said that’s why she was hired to take his calls and even though I had issues with her that he just wouldn’t call me back… This is extremely unprofessional.. They should not be able to treat patients this way!!! Michelle
