Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I used to be a dental assistant myself, so I know the field. Moved back to Calhoun and wanted to find a dentist I could trust. They diagnosed me with aggressive hygiene and recommended scaling and root planing. I didn't argue and paid without complaint because I trusted them. But later I found out some problem areas were from old orthodontic work, and I feel the diagnosis was overdone. Just didn't feel heard.

Went there had a loose 3 tooth bridge all I wanted is that taken out cemented and put back in told them I can’t afford a new bridge had dr Lee look at it and never told me if he can or can’t do what I asked give me an estimate for a new bridge across the top of my mouth for 2,400 dollars which was a waste of time I told them I can’t afford a new bridge will be going elsewhere

The assistants are friendly and great, but one of the receptionists is rude and not friendly at all. Also, they don't have a handicap ramp at the front, so if you're in a wheelchair or have a stroller, it's tough. Found out later there's a ramp on the side, but it wasn't obvious.

Went in for an appt, the smell of the bad pkug in like to have knocked me down. Started with a headache, sinus started acting up and getting physically sick. I told the receptionist and she said they didn't do it was the cleaning agency. I had addressed this issue before and told them how harmful they are to them being in it all the time. She told me to go outside and wait til I was called back that the room was being cleaned, like that was going to make a difference??? She was very rude and not at all concerned. I got really sick at the last appt and now I know why.

The lady that worked with me was great. But when I checked out, no one told me I'd need to see an oral surgeon for my tooth extraction. They just gave me a paper with what I thought was a dentist name. Later I found out my regular dentist couldn't pull it. The tooth fell out anyway, mostly. They were more focused on chatting with each other than explaining things.
