Thank you Sampath for feedback. As policy we try to handle one patient at a time but some time during holidays people schedule change or some emergency pop up and it creates some wait. We will try to improve and handle better next time.
Dr. Sharma was very friendly as well as all the other staff. The treatment plan was explained in detail. They are financially very honest. The office is very clean and on time for your appointment. I have never waited long. I like the partial denture, my first, I made in her office and I still loves it.
I was greeted with kindness and my cleaning procedure went very smoothly. I felt comfortable talking to the dentist and was happy to receive information and suggestions on how I could elevate my dental needs.

Why? Here's my synopsis:
After learning about my 4hr o/w commute to her office, her team so graciously accommodated my date| time window w/i 2 days even though they were booked for that month - I'd say that's totally above par...I believe others would agree.
Additionally, Dr Sharma and her assistant examination was extremely gentle to the touch - even sensitive areas posed no harm; an analogy being... think of a chef in being so gentle in their ability to remove a delicate souffle out of the oven - that was my personal exam experience.
Let's not forget about Grace...yes...she is so graceFUL (syn. polished) in her coordination, scheduling, patient engagement talents - very forthcoming , informative and approachable.
Summing it up....absolutely an Above-Par Experience and worth the one-way 4hr drive from home to her office ...to be cont'd

Always been nervous about the dentist, but Dr. Sharma's clinic changed that. Had a root canal and she did an awesome job—left with no pain at all. She's patient and really listens to your problems. Definitely recommend her, especially if it's your first time.

Loved my first visit here! Nothing to complain about. Dr. Sumity is so patient and calm, just like everyone says. The staff, especially Griselda, was super helpful with all my questions.
