Woke up with a cavity and came here on a whim - they saw me right away. The front desk was super friendly, waiting area was cozy, and the dentist took really good care of me. Felt nothing during the procedure! Also don't have insurance, but their prices were clear and affordable compared to other places around New York, NY. Great place for general dentistry - will definitely be coming back!

Ms. Wu was so skilled and talented along with her dental assistant. They were so careful of my feelings and saved me from this awful dentist that wanted to overwork my mouth by carefully filling a tooth and working incredibly well together. The room was clean and comfortable with great light and I was genuinely happy to be there. That’s a first because I usually can’t stand the dentist.
I have been visiting this office for several years. It has been very pleasant every single time, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, short waiting time, caring treatment. Recently got broken teeth fixed, Dr. Zhu has been very patient to match the color of the new teeth fixture and care for the details, took time to make sure it worked properly for the patient. Small gifts after the teeth cleaning are a nice surprise 🥰👍👍

First time here. Yuki was really kind and professional. Everything was explained in details. She was very gentle from taking xray to cleaning my teeth. For someone who is really anxious and reluctant about going to the dentists, my visit was smooth and comfortable. I come to this dental office for over 20 years! The front desk girls are friendly and always greet us with smiles. The hygienist is super nice and always pay attention to my sensitive teeth. The dentists are very helpful with recommendations with treatment!

Been a patient here for years and was always happy until my last cleaning. The young hygienist seemed unsure and kept apologizing - her technique was uncomfortable, especially on my top tooth. As someone in the medical field, I noticed she might not have enough experience with older or more fragile teeth like mine. When I told her it was hurting, she just said it was due to deep stains. I've been with Canal Dental Group for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my family and I receive. My parents and kids also come here, and we’ve all had consistently great experiences. The dentists, assistants, receptionists, and hygienists (family's favorite is Maggie) are all amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with any questions or concerns I have about treatments.
Even though they don’t accept government insurance, their fees are very reasonable compared to other dental offices in the area. The quality of service more than makes up for it. I truly appreciate the trust and comfort they’ve provided my family over the years.

The girls at the front desk are courteous. the dental assistant Charlene and Dr.Su Long was so sweet and pleasant. it is very rare to find a doctor with good bedside manner. The whole procedure was nerve wrenching for me, but they both calmed me down. . Definitely recommend this group.
