My 6-year-old daughter usually cries and won't let anyone work on her, but she had an amazing visit thanks to Ms. Jaime. She was kind, patient, and compassionate. She explained everything she was doing, which made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. She even let Dr. Charlene work on her and complete treatment! Dr. Charlene was awesome and patient too. So grateful for their gentle approach to pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Pham is great! From the moment we walk in, the staff is always welcoming, patient, and kind – which makes a huge difference for kids. The dentist takes time to explain everything in a gentle, reassuring way, helping my son feel at ease during each visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and very kid-friendly. He actually looks forward to going now. I really appreciate how thorough and attentive they are. So grateful to have found a dentist who genuinely cares.

My kids absolutely love it here – not just because the office is fun and welcoming, but because Dr. Christian really takes his time with them. He explains what's going to happen, how it might feel, and makes sure they're comfortable every step of the way. Creates a calm, relaxed environment that puts them at ease. While it might not be as fancy as our previous office, the level of care more than makes up for it. We've officially switched over and couldn't be happier.

My kids are 15 and 16 and still love coming here. My oldest had a bad experience at a dentist when he was 7, but after bringing him to Caring Kids Dental, he does just fine now. They're gentle and really caring. We actually drive all the way from Moreno Valley just for their dental exams and cleanings – that's how much we trust them. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this place. They've been wonderful with both my kids. My neurodivergent son often feels overwhelmed in medical settings, but the whole team is incredibly patient, calm, and understanding with him. They take their time, explain every step reassuringly, and make sure he feels safe. My 6-year-old is usually nervous about the dentist, but the staff here has a special way of putting him at ease. They talk gently, let him go at his own pace, and celebrate small victories.

I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to bring my daughter to her appointments. I do it because he's the best dentist my daughter has ever had. The whole team is very professional and very friendly.
Honestly, the whole team here is amazing. From the dentists to the assistants and front office, everyone is so caring and gentle with the kids. They really care about the families who come in. The new office in Upland is absolutely adorable – so vibrant and cheerful, my daughter loved it! I can't believe she actually gets excited when I tell her we have a dentist appointment. Plus, they send reminders and call to confirm, and they have after-school times that make scheduling easy. This place gets a 10/10 for pediatric dentistry!

I’ve been my taking kids for a couple years now. I like that they do not push treatment or fillings on us. Always work with us for referrals instead of insisting we go to them only. Overall, we’ve had good experiences. My son had a bad experience at another dental office & Caring kids has worked with him to where he’s not as apprehensive now 😅
Highly recommended. Staff is very kind. Dr. Christian is very kind and gentle with the kids. I have a 3 yr old and they have alot patience for the little ones.
Always a pleasure coming to Caring Kids Dental. The staff are incredibly friendly, and my son's dental assistant and dentist are both amazing. He usually hates going to the dentist, but somehow they make him feel comfortable enough to cooperate – that says a lot about how patient they are. I also appreciate how accommodating they are with scheduling. They send plenty of reminders so you never miss an appointment. Overall, they've made our visits so much easier.

What’s a great experience! Our second time here and the staff has been so kind from beginning to the end. The doctor explains everything thoroughly and seems to have a good relationship with his staff too. In the past I’ve had to take my doctor to dentist specialist but in this case my daughter was comfortable and we didn’t have to go somewhere else. Thank you for making our experience a great one. Even the wait time was short. This such a great practice.
My son loves this place. He is 4 and has been coming here for years. All the Dentists, dental assistants and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. They play kids movies while the kids teeth are being clean and they are very gentle and sweet with my son. I highly recommend it for all parents to take their children here.
Super fast and friendly. We arrived 15 minutes early and were in before our actual appointment. Everyone is super nice and great with my son. The assistant was talking to son about everything that was going or was happening if she noticed him starting to freak out. Wish I had a place like this growing up
Love this dentist! Super clean! They’re so kind and gentle and understand my kids needs. My kids really hate the dentist but they make them feel so comfortable here. They have toys to entertain the children while you wait, love that!!! Definitely recommend this place to all moms/dads for there kids!
