Would give 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional and misleading dental office staff. After searching around I found this company with my Metlife Insurance 'approved network dentists.' I called and scheduled a cleaning and was told they were in network. 6-8 months later before my cleaning I asked again, Metlife in network, and they said yes. 3 months after my cleaning I got an email saying they're not in network and wanted to charge me $500 for cleaning and x-rays.

For several decades I have been terrified of the dentist! I had several horrifying experiences in the past that only solidified my fear and terror!! My sister told me about Dr Carlston, she said he was amazing and that he was known as-the “Pain Free doctor”!! The other day I had an emergency.. I lost a crown and my tooth was in such bad condition it was had to be extracted!! I was sooo nervous and fearful. The staff that greeted me were kind and welcoming!! When Dr Carlston entered the room his demeanor was so warm, calm, jovial, friendly and so comforting!! The fear left me!!
My experience there was AMAZING!! I am so grateful to have been referred to him!! I only wish I would have been referred to him sooner!

Dr. Carlston has been practicing for over 50 years and keeps abreast on the latest techniques when it comes to orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. He is also an accomplished musician and has complimentary CDs for his patients.
