EDIT: Originally frustrated because I couldn't notify the office over the weekend, and they charged a fee. But about a week after sharing my experience online, they reviewed it and waived the fee. That shows they really care about their patients. So I'm updating my review. The policy was disappointing at first, but their willingness to make it right means a lot. I've been coming here for years for routine cleanings and never missed an appointment. Glad they listened.

Great cleaning — fast and efficient. But heads up: they charge $60 for antibacterial water. Since when is that a thing? Definitely not coming back after I finish Invisalign. If you're just looking for routine cleanings, be aware of extra costs.

BEWARE! Same thing happened to me as Morgan S. My kids had been going for over a year. They said they took my insurance, gave me an estimate, and I paid my portion every time. Then a year later, they said they made a mistake and I owe the difference. Their error, but they expect me to pay. This feels like fraud and negligence. I'm reporting it. If you're considering pediatric dentistry here, be very careful with billing.

Let me just say this. As a guy who's terrified of the dentist, my experience was incredible. Walked in super nervous, but that feeling slowly faded. The young ladies there didn't pressure me or treat me like a wallet. I felt comfortable and at ease. That means a lot coming from someone with dental fear. Natasha my hygienist was wonderful. She gave me some education on how to keep up my hygiene in between cleaning. The only issue I have was the $50 fee for a missed appointment back in 2024. When I requested to waive the fee, I was told that we only wave one fee and that last fee was waived back in 2018. I have been coming to this dentist for over 11 years starting from when you guys had your location in Fayetteville. My kids, my husband also goes to this location and we invested in Invisalign. I understand policies are in place for a reason however life happens. Only two missed appointments over 11 years is not bad. Stephanie did however waived the fee but when I arrived it was requested again. So at the end of my visit instead of making an appointment in six months, I decided to call when the time comes. I signed the paperwork saying that any missed appointments could have up to $150 charge which is ridiculous. Besides that service was great as usual

Went in for my 6-month checkup and cleaning today. The hygienist was excellent — very gentle and thorough. She listened to my concerns, made suggestions, and even gave me a coupon for mouth rinse. She also said she'd research a toothpaste without artificial sweeteners because of my allergies. That kind of personal attention is rare. Great place for dental sealants or routine care in Raeford.

I had a Invisalign consultation this morning and my experience was second to none. I was greeted very politely with a big smile. Every staff member I had contact with was very professional, thorough in their explanation of procedures and recommendations. It was the best dental visit I’ve had in many years.

Hands down the best dental experience ever! My hygienist Gabby was phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything. Usually after a cleaning, the fluoride makes my mouth feel tacky, but not this time. They use a new fluoride gel that leaves your teeth feeling clean and smooth. Plus, it only takes a minute. If you're due for dental fluoride treatment in Raeford, this is the spot.

The staff was great. The people out front that check you in was very Comforting. And inside the dentist and the dental hygienist were great my best experience at a dentist office ever. The dental hygienist had me relaxed from the time I sat in the dentist chair to the time I left. I would like to thank the entire staff for a great experience.
