I admittedly haven’t been to a dentist in a while, and I know I have some issues building up. This is easily the best dentist office I’ve been to and I’m so glad it’s just two blocks from home as it only makes it that much easier. It was a pleasure to be seen by Carol, Nicole, and Dr. Gilad…and also, what a swift office experience too. It really puts most medical offices to shame!

Every appointment I'm received warmly by Gladys or Alysa. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The dental hygienist was amazing!! Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely the most pleasant dentist's office experience I've ever had! Everyone I interacted with was super personable and kind, from the receptionist, to the X-ray tech and hygienist, to the dentist himself. The hygienist was gentle and did a great job of explaining things (I wish I got her name!) and the office was clean and modern. A 10/10 dentist in NYC for teeth cleaning and general care!

DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST
I booked an appointment through Zoc Doc which confirmed with me that my insurance covered everything. Once I got there they were saying my insurance didn’t cover $50 so I had to pay that before I got check out. I waited 30+ mins just for an X ray. Once the doctor finally came after 20+ mins of waiting after the X ray the doctor told me my insurance was able to pay for the work i needed to get done. Once the doctor finished putting anesthesia to start the process I was told my insurance couldn’t cover anything so I had to leave with -$50, still with the same issue, and anesthesia all inside my mouth. Worst experience ever.
Been coming here for 3years I love it! Open every day, even Sundays, they provide call, and text reminders, all staff from front to dentists are pleasant!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mona and Jimena! They were so informative through my filling procedure and extremely gentle — I didn’t feel a single thing through the whole procedure. The place is clean and organized, and every staff member I encountered was super helpful. I’ll be coming back!
Worth the trip, all. They were open on a Saturday and allowed me to fill my forms electronically before I arrived. My appt was on time, and both the asst and the dentist who came in, tho they could've communicated better, knew their stuff. My dentist was communicative through A CLEANING, which I apparently and sadly needed. Well done, Cascada!
My experience with Cascada started as a good one, it has been going down since. I scheduled my cleaning, was called to try to switch the appointment which I volunteered to schedule another day if it was a problem, they told me no it was ok.
Went to my appointment, xrays were taken (not sure needed it), the doctor saw me, and waited in the chair for more than 30 minutes, nobody from the staff came to say anything.
At one point asked the only person around and told me they were busy.
As I was getting ready to leave an hygienist came and when I expressed my frustration her response was "well I am here now", the doctor suggested deep cleaning in certain area, her only goal was to finish soon since I was probably the last patient.
Will be my last visit, a routine cleaning shouldn't be that hard.

From the moment I sat in the chair, her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the visit incredibly pleasant. Maria genuinely put in an effort to provide the best service and it absolutely showed. I got an X-ray and a filling. It was a seamless process and the doctor did a great job. Even in the process of giving me anesthesia, I felt no pain at all. It was quite incredible how I felt no pain and the process was quick. It was as if my mother was giving me the treatment! Dr. Y was amazing!
Jeliffer is the best!! Every time I go for my Invisalign appointments, she treats me with genuine kindness and care. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and explains everything clearly, which makes the whole visit easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm attitude truly stand out. I been coming here for years, they are absolutely the best dental practice in NYC. Every visit is a great experience.The staff is always welcoming and professional. Today I was assisted by Jeliffer and Sergio did my cleaning. He was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I didn’t steel rushed and felt they cared about my dental hygiene as much as I do.I highly recommend Cascada to anyone looking for top-notch dental care.
I love this place their very professional, friendly and polite. They always will see you at your scheduled appointment. You don't have to wait to be seen. I love my dentist Dr. Scott Levitz is the best and every other dentist that I have seen in passed when I had an emergency. I love that fact that you get to build a relationship with your dentist and they don't pressure you in getting things done that you don't need. The premise is very clean and modern. I love that they have a small refrigerator full complimentary bottles of water. The restrooms are very clean and also are dentist area. I appreciate that they have a variety of staff like hygienists, medical assistants, receptionists, oral surgeons, dentist and a financial person. They've tried very hard to work with you as much as they can and they also help you make financial arrangements if you're not able to pay in full. They're open 7 days of the week and their willingness to schedule you in right away especially if you're having an emergency. I highly recommend this place with my eyes closed. You won't regret it!
