Friendly staff, easy to get an appointment at either location, and Novocaine was administered in a very gentle, pain-free way.
I liked everything about the work I received and thought the dentist and hygienists were very good. My son had a lot of work done and they did a great job with him too. My only concern was when I was about to have a procedure I didn't remember agreeing to that would have cost $700+ out of pocket because my insurance didn't cover it. That was a bit unsettling.

This place is great! The doc is friendly and made good suggestions for my path forward at 60 years of age. My favorite part though is my dental hygienist Michelle! She’s funny, super knowledgeable and I’ve never had more thorough cleanings than from her!
I went to Cedar Point Dentisty about one year ago with my insurance through work and l let them know that I only wanted what my insurance paid for.( Cleaning and checkup, etc) I just got a bill about a little less than 10 months later stating that I owe them $56.00. I then called cedar point Dentistry to inquire on this because I let them know at the appointment that I only wanted the services that my insurance covered. The lady who took the call was very rude and let me know that they already had to write off money from the appointment that the insurance would not cover and told me that I should be happy with $56.00 that I owe them. I let her know that I was definitely not happy. I would never suggest to anyone to go to this Dentistry if this is how they handle their business!!

Judy got me in for an earlier appointment when an opening occurred. Dr. Lunden did an excellent job of explaining what was happening with a sensitive older crown and resolved it with minimal treatment. He even drew a diagram of the tooth root and sinus relationship which helped clarify everything.

This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to. Best dental experience ever! I was so nervous after not having been to a dentist for several years, but my dental hygienist (Elisha) was friendly, thorough, and non-judgmental. My teeth were pretty stained from coffee and years without a dentist visit, but now they look amazing! Dr. Lunden was extremely friendly and super informative... Definitely recommend this place!
Dr. Lunden actually takes the time to listen and doesn't push unnecessary procedures on you. The dental hygienist was great and answered questions. The wonderful woman at the front desk was willing to ask my insurance price points for me. Overall, I'm very impressed!
I have had some pretty bad experiences with needles while growing up which has left me apprehensive at best. Now not enjoying them, I need to prepare myself before I start my appointment.
Duke (Dr. London) was incredible! I was getting a new crown (which by the way fit perfectly) and needed some anesthetic. After he used some topical ointment numbing my skin, he took his time while slipping the needle into my gum. I did not feel a thing! Nothing! It was amazing, yest it took him about 3 minutes but I guess allowed the stuff to work ahead so there was nothing to it! HE TOOK HIS TIME! What a cool Christmas present that was! He's the best I've ever encountered
I've been seeing Dr Wallace Lunden for over 20 years. His office is very unique in that the work stations have a floor to ceiling window for the patients to look out onto a mini garden. He is soft spoken and tries to calm his most anxious patients with a soothing environment. He makes himself available to his patients in emergencies and treats his staff well. It is a small independent practice that has a small town feel. Quality, not quantity. I would recommend him to everyone. young or elderly.
Coming from what I'd call big business dentistry, I can't say enough positive things about Cedar Point Dentistry. Every staff member was beyond pleasant, patient, and took the time to go above and beyond to make this the single best experience I've had. A family feel where you feel like an individual, not just "next". Highly recommended!
