My husband's been going here for years, but what really won me over was when my teenager had awful tooth pain late Tuesday night. We called their emergency dental service line twice in the middle of the night, and Dr. Vella actually answered both times herself. She came in early the next morning to see my daughter first thing and got her in for a root canal immediately. The care and follow-up were incredible—I'm switching myself and both kids to be regular patients at this Ontario clinic.

Just had my first appointment since COVID closures, and I've got to say—I was really impressed with all the safety precautions they're taking here in Ontario. The procedures were easy to follow, and everyone was still so pleasant despite the extra work. My kids actually missed coming here during the closures! The dentist seems competent enough and the hygienist is fabulous here in Ontario, but honestly, the dentist has a bit of a holier-than-thou attitude. I'm over 50 and have never had a cavity, yet I get grief from her every time. She really needs to work on her people skills. I've actually found a new dentist in the area, which is a relief.

Been going to Dr. Vella's Cedar Springs Dental for about 10 years now here in Ontario. She's guided me through several dental crises over the years. Just recently, a huge chunk of my front tooth fell out while flossing—yikes! I was really worried, but Dr. Vella's associate dentist came to the rescue and was terrific. Most dentists are good, but few go the extra mile during dental emergencies. My daughter and two granddaughters all go here now too after their experiences.
