Honestly, the whole team at the Federal Way sleep clinic was super professional and really knew their stuff. My appointment started right on time, which I appreciated. From check-in to the end, Dr. Mara and her staff made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had. They're young, yeah, but don't let that fool you—they've got the experience and knowledge to help with TMJ treatment and sleep apnea diagnosis. I'd recommend them to anyone needing sleep or jaw pain relief in the area.

What an incredible experience at this sleep clinic in Federal Way! The doctor, assistants, and front desk were all warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I honestly feel like I found the best place to tackle my sleep apnea and get better sleep. They really helped with my sleep apnea assessment and oral appliance therapy. Agonizing experience at the Federal Way location with Dr. Bains. From December to present, I've had two oral appliances that didn't fit. Returned one, but they sent both back as duplicate remakes. They were out almost all of March for refittings. Policy wouldn't let me switch doctors within their system. Contacted owner Dr. Kushner in December—no return call. They double-charged Medicare and Blue Cross for the same appliance and charged my out-of-pocket to the latter. Finally got my refund back, but what a mess.

Truly an awesome facility. The doctors and assistants are absolutely amazing—they really care about their patients and know exactly what they're doing. This is the first healthcare place I've been to where I feel like they genuinely care. If you need TMJ treatment or sleep apnea diagnosis in Federal Way, this is the spot.

What amazing customer service! From the front desk to the doctor's assistant and then the doctor—they are all top tier. I went in for jaw pain relief and left feeling like a new person. Definitely the place to go in Federal Way for TMJ treatment.

I'll give them an extra star because the doctor seems knowledgeable and genuinely cares. But honestly, this clinic feels like a bit of a scam. They overcharge for everything. I got a $2,500 quote for oral appliance therapy, and after doing more research, I found other places in Federal Way that offered more sustainable and medical paths for my sleep apnea treatment. Feels like they're more about profit than helping people.

Dr Kwolek was excellent. Staff were very professional and she was very good at explaining everything to me. I highly recommend this center for anyone that wants very professional care.

First, I don't do reviews, never. But this experience was so bad and predatory, I can't let anyone go there unaware. I went to a newer location in Federal Way for a consultation, referred by a doctor for sleep apnea treatment. The alternative to CPAP was a dental contraption to adjust the jaw. It felt like a money grab, not genuine care. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be their MO.

From the moment I walked in the office, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Dr Kwolek was very kind. She thoroughly listened to my concerns. I felt seen and heard.

Dr. Rich and his staff are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable and worked with us on getting the best sleep apnea oral device. Dr. Rich takes the time to explain options and to ensure we have the best treatment. He is really personable and we enjoyed our visit. Solved my snoring problem. I had so much trouble with another location that I was running out of time getting my mandibular advancement device before my medical end of year came. Once I found them I was able to get everything done so quickly and I got my device at record time of around 1 month. I sleep on my stomach and a CPAP was not an option for me. This device has allowed me to sleep normally without excessive snoring. My wife said it has completely changed my loud snoring to more of a loud breathing and now she can sleep without being bothered. I am very happy with the product. The staff was top notch and friendly. They worked so hard to get my device ordered before the end of the year and worked around my schedule. I drove about 45 minutes to get here because nowhere else was able to get the job done in time. Kirstin at the front desk was always so friendly and went out of her way to help me. I enjoyed going to my appointments and never felt they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.

After finding out I had sleep apnea and not wanting to drag a CPAP machine with me when I traveled, the best decision I made was calling Sleep Solutions NW. The Office Manager (Sleep Ambassador), Kirstin, answered the phone and made a great first impression - she was friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions and even dealt with my insurance company. My first appointment with Dr. Rich was very informative. He is extremely knowledgeable about sleep apnea and patiently answered all my questions regarding the Mandibular Advancement Device without any pressure to buy. Once I made the decision to move forward, he helped me choose the best device for me. He has state of the art technology – meaning no mouth full of goop for taking impressions. At my appointment to pick up my device, I was exhausted and having a hard time. To make sure I didn’t struggle with the device at home, Dr. Rich made a video for me so I would be more comfortable. The device was not difficult, and I didn’t need the video, but it’s just an example of his compassion for his patients. Fast forward 30 days, I absolutely love my device. I used to wake up every morning exhausted and need an afternoon nap to make it through the day. After wearing the device for 2 nights, I noticed a difference and 30 days later I feel even better with more energy. This device was life changing for me. I cannot thank Kirstin and Dr. Rich enough for their kindness and compassion and making the entire process so easy.

Dr. Rich and Kirstin have been fantastic. They took the time to answer all of my questions, are friendly and professional. The office is welcoming, warm, and inviting- not to mention on a clear day has an outstanding view. Highly recommended for your sleep needs!
