Did the at-home sleep test from Silent Night Therapy in West Babylon, and it showed I had sleep apnea. Decided to go with an oral appliance—kind of like a retainer—and within days I was feeling way better. My energy levels are up and I'm not as tired during the day. The mouthpiece is awesome for camping since it doesn't need power; looking forward to using it on a backpacking trip soon.

Wish I knew about these dental implants for sleep apnea and snoring five years ago. My ENT gave me a CPAP but never mentioned this option. The CPAP felt unhealthy even after cleaning. This oral appliance is clean, safe, and not cumbersome. It's amazing—10 out of 10. Everyone with sleep apnea or snoring should look into it. No more worrying about traveling with that CPAP bag.

Struggled to find a dental office that could make a sleep apnea dental device, but then I found Babylon Dental Care/Silent Night Therapy. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Did the sleep test at home—the transmitter worked perfectly with the app and I fell asleep quickly. After the data was analyzed, I had a consultation where they explained everything. Getting the molds done was easy, and a couple weeks later my oral appliance was ready. My sleep quality has improved a lot, and even my wife noticed.

I highly recommend Silent Night Therapy. Dr. Brown and Michelle Sands are a great team. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a while back and tried the CPAP but couldn't handle it. My ENT recommended Silent Night Therapy. From the first visit, everything was positive. The oral appliance has almost completely eliminated my sleep apnea. It was easy to get used to, and adjustments are simple. My snoring is gone, and I wake up feeling refreshed.

Went to Silent Night Therapy as a naysayer and left a real believer. Was going through a 'sleep divorce' because my wife couldn't stand my snoring. Tried a mail-order mouthpiece before and hated it. Took the sleep test and scored 21—moderate-severe. Snoring was off the charts. Opted for the oral appliance as a CPAP alternative. The process was simple: a few visits and they made a custom mouthpiece. Now I sleep better and my wife is back in the bedroom.

Can't say enough good things about Silent Night Therapy and how it's changed our quality of life. Dr. Brown and Michelle are the kindest people who really want great results. Since my husband started using his device, his apnea events went from over 300 a night to zero! Snoring stopped too. Incredible. I could not wear a CPAP. My ENT recommended Dr. Brown. It's been over 3 years and I could not be happier. A simple apparatus like a retainer you wear at night. It got rid of my snoring. I'm not waking up from my breathing stopping. The sleep test are at home with a small device. You dont have to sleep in a lab with wires on your head. The staff is very helpful. At least talk to them if you wear CPAP.
