The office in New York looks impressive, honestly better than I expected. But I came for a teeth cleaning and didn't really get one—just a quick rinse for a few minutes. It wasn't worth my time to visit. Not asking for a refund out of respect to Dr. Shi, but it'd take a miracle to get me back.
