Honestly, who actually enjoys going to the dentist? I'd rather do just about anything else, but my visit to Centreville Dental in Waterdown, ON totally changed my mind. The staff were all super friendly and caring—my hygienist Tiffany was especially sweet. She answered all my questions about my teeth cleaning and really went above and beyond to keep me comfortable the whole time. Turns out a trip to the dentist doesn't have to feel like a kick in the head after all. Well done, guys!

Had a great visit at Centreville Dental in Waterdown. The staff were all friendly and professional, and Dr. J took the time to explain everything about my dental crown clearly—made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. The clinic itself is clean and modern, and scheduling was a breeze. Got seen right on time too. Overall, excellent care and service. A friend recommended Centreville Dental after my old dentist retired. I get pretty anxious about dental stuff, but I broke a tooth and needed help fast. They saw me promptly in Waterdown, and Dr. Jayde did the work a couple days later—she was thorough and calm, and her assistant Jodi was great too. Centreville Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredible and so friendly—it almost feels like home when I walk in. Every time I arrive in Waterdown, multiple team members welcome me. Michelle, Jody, and Dr. J are all fantastic. The whole environment is warm and receptive. I've laughed so hard during appointments even with someone working in my mouth. All the staff is super kind and welcoming. I’ve had white spots on my front teeth for as long as I can remember, I’ve always been super insecure about them. I asked the previous dentist who owned this location how to fix it and they quoted me $700 since he considered it cosmetic. I decided to asked Dr Jayde about them and she said she could fix them and it would be covered through insurance. After over a decade of being insecure of my teeth I’m finally able to smile comfortably. Life changer fr

If I could give 6 stars I would. The entire team here is FANTASTIC. The ladies in the front desk, especially Michelle, are the most kind-hearted and warm-spirited individuals I've ever experience in a medical field. They're personable and remember you. Dr. Jayde is also fantastic, she's calm, extremely focused, and very friendly (and managed to find my 4th root nerve, saving me a trip to the specialist.)

Centreville dentist has always been a kind, caring and understanding office.
