This one star is for whoever called me back today as I tried to reach their office. They were very unprofessional and rude - called me back asking, "Did someone call me from this number?" I had to ask if this was a dental office smmh. And they were quick to get me off the phone, my two questions were I guess bothersome.
I have been to several dentists over the years. My colleague recommended Chatham Square after I had some issues that needed quick attention. I've been back a few times and I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of care. I have found them to be honest, communicative and highly skilled.

Negative experience overall. Went in for bleeding/inflammation on a tooth that has had work done in the past. Doctor looked at it for a few seconds, didn't explain anything nor did the doctor communicate more than a few words - seemed like doctor was in a rush and was seemingly inattentive. One of the hygienists came in and did a simple cleaning on two teeth in the area. Typically regular cleanings don't go for much for those who don't have insurance and are paying in cash, especially when doctors are looking at it for two seconds with a cleaning on two teeth. Price was never communicated to me beforehand, and I was charged about $300 cash at the end. I didn't put up a fuss at the time, but wanted to share this now. For $300 dollars in cash, I would have liked better service to the very least, but instead, all I got was a recommendation to come back again. In the end, my problem was not solved. I wound up having to go to another doctor who actually resolved the issue. That being said, if you still decide to go here and are paying in cash without dental insurance, make sure the price is established at the outset to avoid being charged an outlandish amount.

Had THE BEST wisdom extraction experience at Chatham Square Dental in New York. Thank you, Dr. Cheng! This office is quick, efficient, and inexpensive. Was quoted $400 from a nearby dentist since they didn't accept my insurance, but Chatham Sq worked with my insurer and charged a quarter of that. Seriously, if you need dental work like oral surgery in New York, go here!

He is an honest professional who is also my dentist for the last 15 years. His work is quite detail and spend much time in explaining and refining his work while he was trying to repair my broken tooth. His charge is fair. He is not the quick fix kind of dentist.
