This guy's amazing—you can tell he's super passionate about his work and genuinely cares. He never rushes through anything, and the results show he puts everything into it. Paul's absolutely the best when it comes to dentistry work here in Staten Island—super smart and talented, knows exactly what he's doing. But honestly, the front receptionists, Chyna and the Hispanic girl with glasses (think her name starts with M), have the worst attitude and customer service ever. So unprofessional, clearly lack experience. It's a shame because the dental care is great.

Everything's broken into separate appointments at this Staten Island clinic: x-rays, cleaning, treatment. Quick rant—my cleaning got postponed due to high blood pressure, but they used a wrist monitor, then had me walk across to use an arm monitor in 5 minutes. Got home, tested with my arm monitor, and I was normal. No white coat syndrome here! But my questions about future treatment and dental habits were answered well. Plus, there's on-street parking without fees and the S44 bus nearby.

You wait almost a full year for an appointment at this Staten Island clinic, and when it's finally a few days away, they call to reschedule for another 3-4+ months because the dentist isn't in. If they're understaffed or whatever, might as well not accept new patients. This feels like negligence for primary care needs.

Please, please get rid of the whole front desk staff at this Staten Island medical clinic! They have horrible attitudes and constantly hang up on people—even shut the phone off. It's sad because people are in pain and they're ignored. Last time I was there (almost a year ago), I saw them ignoring the phone and speaking badly in Spanish about a dark-skinned woman. I'm calling and writing to headquarters. These women are nasty and need to go!

Had a good experience with the dentist and assistant at this Staten Island dental clinic, but there's a light-skinned woman at the front desk who's horrible. Shocked by her mean and rude demeanor with patients—comes out of nowhere. She shouldn't be handling people at a doctor's office front desk. It really ruins the otherwise decent care.

The staff like doctors and hygienists were good at this Staten Island clinic, but the people at the counter aren't nice—bad attitudes. That's why I left, even though it's only a few steps from my house. Moved to Canal Street instead. Shame because the dental care itself was decent.

Called on 1/27/20 to make an appointment for me and my daughter at this Staten Island clinic, was told to go to the one on Bay Street for 1/28/20 at 9:15. Got there today at 9:02 with my daughter, and they were closed—stood outside in 37-degree weather with my asthmatic child. Called multiple times, no answer. Went to the other side of the healthcare center, and they said they'd reschedule and call back. No one's called back or answered phones since. Horrible for pediatric dentistry needs.

The worst place ever I wish it wasn't a weekend because I'll change my doctors asap. I called because I had appointment today but I was in so much pain I was trying to schedule for something much later cause I needed assistance to get to the Dr and not one person answered the phone its 12am I'm in so much pain and I called 10 times and literally waited for 5 mins no recorder to leave a message or nothing the worst of the worst in medical centers
