What ever you do don’t come here. In the past I’ve had root canal done on back teeth and all was good until my tooth stated to break down and rot and I’ve been to them and asked them do I need a crown repeatedly and they kept on say no you don’t need any crowns after root canals that is completely not true you 100% need them especially on back teeth because of heavy crewing and eating the tooth WILL break down. I had to go to a dentist in DC and he told me I have 3 teeth that needed to be fixed and here they told me I only need one to be fixed and on the other root canal I had they didn’t do a minimum job, when they did it they didn’t drill all the way down and that caused an infection told by the dentist in DC. I mean please just look at how many people say they barely have experience which is true. Just avoid this place if you don’t want to spend thousands on fixing your teeth in 1-2 years like many that came here and did so.

Doctors and nurses are the best. Thanks to them my kids are never afraid of going to dentist. Especially young nurse guy. He so kind playful with kids. My son used to cry just thinking about dental cleanings, but now he actually looks forward to it. The pediatric dentistry team here is amazing!

Honestly, I'm really frustrated. I called Chesapeake Dental last week because of pain all around my mouth, not just one tooth. They set me up at the Salisbury location for this week. The lady on the phone noted my pain and that I'm 12 weeks pregnant. Then I got two confirmation calls saying I could come in early. So I went to my appointment... and they turned me away. I drove all that way for nothing. They said they couldn't see me because of the pregnancy? But they knew before! I wasted a day off work. If you need a dental clinic that actually listens, be careful here.

Worst place ever I told them about my tooth that cracked and now there making me wait 2 months to fix it and I'm in a lot of pain they should of fixed it when i came in now it might get worse cause they made me wait

DONT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE !!! Bad experience after bad experience. I would give this company no stars if I could. If you live in Salisbury, do what you can to avoid this place. They are ran/paid by the state (Medicare only) and simply do not care about patients. Would you send your children here? I called 3 separate times to update my phone number over the last 2 years and they never updated it, even when I went in person. They still had my old number from 4 years ago. Oh but they sent one to my ex wife. Unbelievable.

Dr Gandhi, Dr Lochan and asst Brooke from Chesapeake Dental Salisbury did an amazing job with my 4 year old's baby tooth extraction due to multiple injuries (she plays VERY rough) and infection. They knew exactly how to handle her. They were so friendly, played her favorite Disney songs, sang with her and laughed. Of course she flipped out when she saw the pliers but they got the tooth out so fast, she immediately got up and ran around so happy and proud of herself! Great experience for pediatric dentistry.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! After my experience on Monday with both of my kids (all while getting a lecture because my 4 year old was scared and my kids and myself being traumatized with how my 2 year old was handled) I IMMEDIATELY switched dentists and got my oldest the dental care she URGENTLY needed under sedation that this office was going to wait until September to do! My child would have ended up hospitalized due to being very ill because of lack of knowledge at this place! Use this place at your own risk!!!

I went to this place for a check up and had over 10 minor cavities and this place could only find one. Absolute garbage place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My grandson was really nervous about getting his tooth extracted, but Dr. Das was amazing—she was patient and sang songs with him to make him feel comfortable. My older teenager saw her the day before and she was just as cool. Her and Brooke did an awesome job. Now my grandson has no fears of coming to the dentist. Thanks!

Patient beware! This outfit uses a billing practice that treats you like they're some sort of collection agency. We called and questioned 3 bills we received for preventative visits for our children, they are "covered 100% in network" We verified that the provider was "in network" prior to the visit (we know the game here)
We spoke to the billing and they explained in detail, the claims "were processed according to the contract" Come to find out after not taking their word for it, that it was billed through the billing companies address and name "Three Lower Counties Community Services Inc" (OUT OF NETWORK) It should of been billed using the providers address and name (IN NETWORK)
They act surprised "Oh my gosh, I am so sorry about this" BOLOGNA! This is a billing sham! They know it, the billing knows it, it's all about sending out enough erroneous bills where people don't have the wherewithal to question them, they end up paying and that's that... The person questions why "their insurance plan sucks" and the provider and Billing company get overpaid (while the patient LOSES)

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to. I'm not sure how much experience the dentists have there, but it seemed very little. I've never been to a dentist where the dentist leaves to ask for help and seems not to know what to do. With my X-rays right in front of him, he asked if I know what a root canal is. I said yes, I've had one before. I came to correct a problem from a previous visit where they didn't file down the tooth. That tooth still bothers me. They need more experienced dentists.

I will never go back to this office and I will never be taking my children here. I went in complaining of tooth pain and they completely ignored me. They scheduled me for a cleaning the following week. I went in still complaining of tooth pain and they still ignored me—never asked how much pain I was in or checked for infection. They just did the cleaning like I didn't say anything. Then they scheduled me for another cleaning and to have a tooth pulled that wasn't bothering me. I needed a root canal, not a cleaning.

Took the day off work because they scheduled me for my second part cleaning and doctor exam same day. When I arrived, they couldn't find either appointment in the system and the hygienist wasn't even in. The doctor had a cancellation 10 minutes before so they said they'd fit me in. I sat in the back for an hour and never got seen—the doctor was starting a filling on someone else. While waiting, I heard staff talk about pooping and how bad someone made the bathroom for a good 10 minutes. Unprofessional. I still need my dental exam and cleaning.

Dr. Robert McCready has done a beautiful job fixing my teeth. He admitted the last dentist to touch my teeth at another practice 10 years ago did a bad job, and it lead to lots of decay and gum lines that couldn't be cleaned. Hes made my smile look like it did before. Thankyou so much.
