Honestly, I was a bit nervous after reading some of the other reviews, but my walk-in visit for tooth pain at 7AM went smooth. Got seen pretty quick, staff knew what they were doing and kept me in the loop. Really happy with how it turned out.

Sad...they pick up the phone, all you hear is laughter in the back, even the person who picks up the phone is laughing and ask you to please hold. Never click back over after 7mins being on hold

Courtney is the best dental hygienist we've ever had. She's super patient and explains everything. My daughter has seen her twice now for cleanings and we hope to keep getting her. Always on time too!
We're so glad Courtney made your daughter's cleanings a great experience here in Princess Anne. She really cares about our patients. See you next time! – Chesapeake Health Care Dental
Didn't listen to what I had to say, brought up stuff that wasn't relevant. Waited an hour to get back, then another hour after x-rays to see the dentist. Not a good experience.
We're sorry you felt unheard and had to wait so long. We value your feedback and will work on improving our communication and wait times. Please contact Christie at 410-749-1015 ext. 11604 to discuss further. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
Drove all the way to Princess Anne for my appointment and the receptionist said someone was supposed to call to reschedule. That was frustrating. I miss Dr. McCready. Also, keep your receipts if you prepay for something like a crown – their payment system can get confusing.
We're sorry for the mix-up with your appointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll work on improving our scheduling and payment process. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss further. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
Worst dentist office I've been to. Maybe it's because it's sliding scale, but they're unprofessional. The front desk and a few techs are nice, but the dentist seemed clueless. One tech choked me with a tool and when I said I couldn't breathe, she just said 'well I gotta do this.' Unbelievable.
We take your concerns very seriously. Patient safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please contact Christie at 410-749-1015 ext. 1604 so we can investigate and address this. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
Chesapeake Dental has the best dentist, especially Dr Adeel and her assistant Crystal,Dr Adeel is an expert at what she does but is also kind and compassionate,Crystal is very caring and works very well with Dr Adeel, all of the staff at Chesapeake Dental including the front desk staff are very kind and helpful, I would recommend this office to anyone, I truly appreciate all they do for me
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!
Horrible customer service. Took a month to get an emergency check-up, waited 2 hours, then they just sent me to an endodontist. After a root canal, I've been calling for 3 weeks to get a permanent filling and crown – no one calls back. Now my tooth chipped and I probably need an extraction. If I had regular insurance I'd never come here.
We're sorry for the breakdown in communication and the delay in your follow-up care. This is not the experience we want for our patients. Please call Christie at 410-749-1015 ext. 1604 so we can make this right. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
I had an appt today at 1130 (drove 35 minutes to the appointment- waited 1 hour - then drove back to work 35 mintues) , I signed in at 1125. Employee #1 at the front desk told me to sign in and have a seat (as she was finishing with another customers registration) then customer #2 came in and did not speak English, she was translating with him on a cell phone. I was assuming I would have been called up at that time to finish signing in/my registration but no employee #1 left for lunch without telling anyone that I was still waiting. After waiting for 1 hour I went back to the front counter to see how much longer it would be. Employee #2 said she heard the other lady call my name before she went to lunch and SHE DID NOT CALL MY NAME (even if she called me 1 time and I didnt hear I would assume she would have called my name again. The supervisor named Hannah came and said since my name was called and I didnt not go to the counter they assumed I was a no show. I explained to her that my name was never called that employee #1 just walked out for lunch after helping customer #2. She told me I wa a liar that she believes her staff (employee #2 - that was not even at the counter when employee #1 left for lunch because she proceeded to complain to employee #3 how she couldnt believe employee #1 just left without telling anyone. Hannah "supervisor" told me there was nothing they can do since I chose not to walk to the window when my name was called even though I was the only other person in the waiting room. Instead of acknowledging that her staff made a mistake and left for lunch before finishing my registration she could have apologized for the confusion on THEIR end, she be littled me by tell me I should have been paying attention. I asked her to just give me another appointment and while she was scheduling that she lectured me that I should have been coming to the window every 10 minutes if I was still waiting (which I didn't think I needed to tell them multiple times I was there). I again just asked from her to reschedule my appt and rudely she says "that's what I'm doing) she wrote my appt information on a card and shoved it in my hand. When I turned around to leave she was very loud and snarky "have the fabulous day you deserve" I responded with a "you too" and left. For Hannah to be a supervisor and be rude and unprofessional is bad for business and makes me want to find another dentist. I would like for the corporate office to contact me. I also left a BBB review. This was very disgusting actions by a supervisor!!

A couple years ago I couldn't get in and would've left a bad review, but they changed their emergency policy. Now I can get seen for an emergency, and after that first visit I've had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Henry and her assistant Diaz are an amazing team. I hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years, but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend!
Thanks for sticking with us and for the kind words about Dr. Henry and Diaz. We're glad we could help you get back on track with your dental health here in Princess Anne. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental
Got seen fast for an emergency, but then they said they wouldn't clean my teeth until I fixed all the other problems. I haven't had a cleaning since 2019, and now my good teeth are rotting. I thought cleanings were supposed to happen twice a year no matter what.
We hear your frustration and understand your concern. Our goal is to address urgent issues first, but we'll review our policy to ensure patients get cleanings when needed. Please contact Christie at 410-749-1015 ext. 1604 to discuss your care. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
Honestly a bit unhappy. Started some work but then couldn't finish – kept getting told they'd call if someone cancelled, weeks turned to months. Called two weeks ago and was told my grant expired, so I can't get anything done until a new one comes through. That really upset me. Most of the staff are nice, but you have to stay on them to get everything done.
We understand your frustration with the grant issue and the delays. We're here to help you complete your treatment. Please contact Christie at 410-749-1015 ext. 1604 to discuss your options. – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
My husband had tooth pain while we were camping near Princess Anne. Ended up at the ER, and the doctor told us to try this clinic. We got in line at 5am, were second in line. They saw him and scheduled three extractions for 9:15. The dentist was gentle and nice. Saw some people turned away, but if you do what they ask, it works out.
Glad we could help your husband get out of pain during your visit. Hope the rest of your stay was better! – Chesapeake Health Care Dental, Princess Anne
Terrible. Will not be coming back. Was on hold for 10 minutes to schedule an appointment until someone hung up the phone.. so I called again and they hung up on me again.. called a 3rd time and a rude girl answered like I was bothering her.. and was giving me an attitude. Can’t ever schedule an appointment with these people because it takes like a year just to get an appointment.. they can’t schedule at all! They have no clue what they are even doing. Just awful.

Chesapeake Health in Princess Anne is great, I walked in (new patient) at 7:15am and I immediately got treated and seen by
Dr. Silawt Adeel she was extremely kind and friendly, she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was also efficient and caring Thank you.

I was told to make an appointment and I have but every-time I make one they change it or never got back with me .i have a root canal that was worked on and I thought was done but never got finished apparently . Prior
To that I made an appointment to get it taken out they told me I would have to come back when I made an appointment! Instead of getting it finished they also Said it would be best if you just take it out and they will give me a call I haven’t got a call in years .
. for the past two -three years I have been having severe pain .ive made appointments to not just get looked at but to get this tooth taken out I’m tired of the pain !!! I’m too young to go through this . The worked should’ve been finished!!

If you are getting a filling, an extraction, or cleanings (if you like your appointments being cancelled all the time) then this might be your place. Anything else, heed my warning, STAY AWAY! I had a perfectly viable tooth with a small cosmetic chip from 30+ years ago that I would have bonded off and on. So I was use to being delicate with what I ate. THEY recommended a root canal and crown, and told me the tooth would last "forever" except for the crown. I was ok with that. Less than 4 years later entire tooth broke off! My dentist over shaved my teeth to the point the dental assistant had to intervene and another dentist said they should have reinforced my front tooth with a post. Thousands of dollars down the drain!!! And accept no responsibility! Incompetent!

Went there for an emergency tooth extraction on Dec 7 2022, waited outside from 6am until opening at 8am with others. They only took 4 people as walk ins after waiting outside in line in the cold. I made it in with severe tooth pain, thinking I was going to get help, only to use my insurance as payment. Afterwards I was informed that they couldn't extract the tooth that day and offered me a appointment for Jan23, 2023. Over a month to wait with severe pain. What credible health facility does that to patients? Is that what they call emergency service? I ended up leaving still in pain and just so happen found another facility to do the extraction to give me relief. Total waste of time and no consideration or compassion for people. Would never recommend this place . I can't imagine just how many people have stood outside in line like cattle only to be discarded like garbage.

As much as I loved my dentist and hygienist I just can't find myself visiting this establishment any longer. The lady at check out was quite rude to my mother while she was sick. Little did we know my mother didn't have much longer in life. My mother was so upset with how she was treated. It bothered her for days. A few weeks later she passed and I just have so much rage in my heart to even think about stepping foot in there and facing that woman. I've had to cancel all my appointments. I'd rather let my teeth rot. Wouldn't kill a person to be kind and patient with someone, especially to a person who has to battle a life threatening illness. If you can't simply do that than you're just not meant to work with people.

Excellent. First impression was above excellent. My dental cleaning was the best. My Dental hygienist Donna was truly a professional in cleaning and X-rays. She assured that all around was sanitized and safe. She had a positive attitude and great knowledge of her job. The establishment is very clean and they exercise universal precautions on everything. No wait time. My appointment was at 9:30am and they called me back at 9:30 am. Wow finally a Dentist office that I am pleased to visit. Thanks Chesapeake Dental for great customer service.
