Brought my 4.5-year-old in for what I thought would be a routine visit, expecting staff trained to work with young kids. I warned them he might be scared if things weren't explained properly, but they didn't let me accompany him even after I explained. Just five minutes later, a staff member (maybe a dental assistant) came out, and honestly, it felt really unprofessional. For a place that offers children's sedation dentistry, I expected better handling of a nervous first-timer.

My oldest daughter (8.5 years old) has been going to Chicago KIDDS Pediatric Dentistry for over 6 years and today was my youngest daughter’s first visit. Dorian did great with her; she made my baby feel so comfortable. The Troll movie was playing and she walked her through every step while cheering her on. My daughter did amazing! We travel a nice distance to patronize this business, but it is well worth it! Everyone is so friendly, the establishment is clean, they are well organized and appointment reminders come via email and text messages; which for a busy mom like myself is perfect!

It was my first time taking my three-year-old to the dentist. They were so sweet and accommodating. I was greeted at the front desk right when I walked in and she went ahead and let me know about all of the toys and movies that were around and playing. Once the dental hygienist grabbed us from the waiting room. She went ahead and gave us a tour and explained to me. Step-by-step of it was going on. This place is extremely family friendly, and the staff just made it so much easier to feel more comfortable. Thank you for making our first visit nice and easy
