Just started my orthodontic treatment here in Chicago, and honestly, I was pretty nervous about it. But Dr. Dale and Becky were incredible—they made me feel so comfortable from the get-go. Dr. Dale explained everything about my orthodontic braces without making it complicated, which really helped ease my fears. You can tell he genuinely cares about each patient. Overall, a fantastic experience at this Chicago pediatric dentistry office, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional orthodontic care.

Honestly, I'm always blown away after each visit to this Chicago office. We have such positive experiences every time—the place is clean, and everyone from the staff to the dentists is super nice and professional. My kids actually look forward to their dentist appointments, which says a lot about this pediatric dental clinic in Chicago.

Dr. Matt and his team have taken great care of both my daughters here in Chicago. Their professionalism mixed with a warm vibe really stands out. Dr. Bindi and Jane were so patient and kind with our 22-month-old during her first visit in Chicago! They walked us through everything step-by-step and even gave her a little prize at the end. It made her first dental checkup a breeze. Definitely recommend this practice for dentistry for toddlers in Chicago.

Dr. Bindi and the staff are just amazing here in Chicago! My boys actually love going to the dentist because of how gentle and caring everyone is. They even handle loose teeth pulls without any fuss, which makes this parent super happy. It's rare to find a pediatric dental clinic that kids enjoy, but this place nails it.

This Chicago office is the real deal! Took my 15-month-old daughter for a lip tie procedure with Dr. Justin, and he and his specialists (Carol and Gerardo) were amazing with her, even when she got fussy. We had the procedure done on 12/17/25 and followed the post-care instructions. It's been a month now, and the transformation is incredible—she sleeps through the night for the first time and is talking more. Couldn't be happier with the laser frenectomy care here in Chicago.

Dr. Muna is beyond amazing, kind, and patient. Just a level of excellency not every person has reached in themselves and their craft. I walked in thinking I would be walking out soon after with another failed attempt at treating my daughter who has been traumatized by covid and swab testing and is terrified of all things medical. Dr. Muna and her nurse were both so kind and patient with Farah and her many emotional needs and reassurances. I'm blown away and so glad a Dentistry like this exists. People are not just treated like patients here, they're treated like humans with needs and fears that matter. Thank you Dr. Muna! The relief of having Farah taken care of is amazing. Look no further run here! Its the absolute best dentistry. State of the art everything and amazing kind folks behind those masks.

We're so happy we found this office in Chicago! My 6-year-old son has dental anxiety, and other places wanted to put him under general anesthesia for a cavity. But Dr. Bindi and her hygienist here fixed it with just gas and lidocaine—they totally exceeded our expectations. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making it a smooth experience for kids' dentistry. Thrilled to have a reliable pediatric dentist in Chicago for my son.

Sometimes it feels rare to have such a seamless, smooth experience in healthcare, but this practice really is that way. They’re caring and clear and give you what you need with efficiency in a relaxing, comfortable environment. Couldn’t recommend them more.

This visit with today’s doctor felt quite condescending compared to our previous experiences. The hygienist was a bit too rough. After 7 years of my daughter receiving dental care this was the first time that she felt uncomfortable. I will be going back, it’s a wonderful space, however, I would prefer not to have the practitioner and hygienist that we had today.

Wonderful atmosphere with a friendly and professional group of people. I was very impressed with Dr. Benjamin, who gave me a very generous amount of time to consult with me on my upcoming orthodontics work. He is very easy to talk to and I look forward to the finish line.

Do not go here. I had braces done here from early 2021 until spring of 2022 because I had some issues with my bite. At the time I had my braces removed my bite was still uncomfortable but I was getting frustrated feeling like the doctor was not really taking my concerns seriously, so I elected to have the braces removed and continue making small tweaks afterwards with aligners. The aligners were not prepared as discussed and it took me multiple calls to the office and texts directly to Dr. Benjamin to finally get them - I didn’t receive them until the end of May… my braces were removed April 8th, so roughly 7 weeks. Each appointment felt rushed, doctors seemed severely overbooked with tons of patients crammed in right next to eachother in the office, and I typically waited a long time to be seen by the doctor, just making small talk with the assistant. **But the worst part was the actual braces removal. Like previous appointments, this appointment was double-booked and felt rushed. After having the braces debonded, my teeth didn’t have the smooth feeling I was so excited to feel when I got my braces removed in high school - they felt like sand paper. I also had two thin cracks (“craze lines”) going up each of my front teeth that were not there before. My teeth were/are no longer shiny, but dull just like when you use a coarse grit sandpaper to rough up varnish. I texted Dr. Benjamin the day after the appointment telling him I could see and feel scratches and actual buff marks on my teeth and his response was: “You are the first patient to ever notice! I can polish them a little more next time if it’s there next time.” So essentially it’s okay to not polish patients’ teeth properly as long as they don’t notice? I had already lost trust in this office so I elected not to go back. I went to a dentist who refused to polish my teeth any further because of the severe sensitivity I was having on my teeth. He said he believed my enamel was damaged. The sensitivity persisted for 2 years - I was only able to drink plain, room temperature water - until I finally found a dentist who painted a professional anti-sensitivity product on them, a process that needs to be regularly repeated. I also have a grey spot in the middle of my 2 front teeth that’s been there since my braces were removed - I was surprised by this because I was extremely diligent about my hygiene while I had the braces on. I’ve had regular cleanings and tried a few gentle whitening products but nothing has made a difference. Finally, the 4th dentist pointed out that this grey spot wasn’t a stain, but transparency. She put her finger behind my tooth and as expected, the grey spot went away. My enamel was worn so thin when the brackets were being removed, it became transparent and the grey is the dark shadow of the inside of my mouth showing through. I’ve now been to 4 dentists for these issues and each one has commented how I still have cement on my teeth from my braces, how my teeth are visibly scratched from a burr that was too coarse, but most have recommended that polishing further is unwise because they don’t want to cause further damage, pain, and transparency. At this point I’m considering veneers. I also am starting aligners with a specialized local orthodontist to actually correct my bite. Of course, I signed paperwork to let the office off the hook for any issues, but I didn’t think that meant they would just disregard the health and appearance of my teeth. Everyone I interacted with was kind and lighthearted and the office has a modern and cool vibe - but none of that matters if the work is not being done well. My experience at this office was complete waste of time and money, and has permanently damaged my teeth, both functionally and aesthetically. I believe that there are unethical practices going on in this office and I strongly advise prospective patients look elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Dr. Bindi! I 100% recommend. After being uneasy about my 2-year-old being put under general anesthesia at our initial dental office, I came here for a 2nd opinion, and they offered a different option. My mind was at ease once I spoke to them. My son loves coming here.

Navigating pediatric orthodontics in Chicago can be tricky, but this place makes it easy. My first call with Natalia at the front desk was great—she explained their no-pressure orthodontic consultation and found a time that worked for us. Natalia and Melissa in the front office have always been so kind. Our consult with Dr. Dale was thorough and warm, something we hadn't experienced before. Grateful to have found such a supportive orthodontist in Chicago for our daughter.

Brought my one-year-old for her first visit in Chicago, expecting tears, but everyone made her so comfortable—not a single cry! The waiting room had great books, they gave her a toy to play with and take home, and the dentist used blown-up gloves to keep her entertained. Never thought I'd say my baby had fun at the dentist, but she really did! Coming back to add that her 2-year-old visit was just as good. Such an easy experience for dentistry for infants in Chicago.

Dr. Dale Benjamin misled me at the consultation by promising treatment that left me with a huge overbite (bigger on the upper left than on the right side), teeth were not fully aligned, a piece of a tooth broke during the treatment, he shortened my upper left tooth in trying to create impression of delivering quick results and most importantly left me with misaligned bite where my upper and lower teeth no longer match. As a result I can’t close my mouth properly and I am in constant discomfort that led to jaw pain, headaches, tension in my tongue, face and neck muscles, and a lot of anxiety. My face changed significantly as a result of the treatment. Dale Benjamin refused to give me a refund unless I sign a release form that I am taking the refund as a settlement and I release him from any liability that may arise from his treatment. When I reached out to him regarding the jaw pain he referred me to a general dentist for a toothache. In my opinion Dr. Dale doesn’t have any integrity and he is not trustworthy. I still haven’t begun a treatment somewhere else because I paid $4,520 to Dale Benjamin and now I have to pay $7,500 to another orthodontist to fix what Dr. Benjamin messed up. Therefore I have been wearing unattended braces since April 2024, the colored O rings started falling out and I accidentally swallowed three of them. With that said, you should think 100 times before you hire a board certified orthodontist with university degree who will trick you into a treatment that caused more damage than good and who wants to be released from any liability that might arise from the treatment he provided you with. I don’t know how I fell for the promises of Dr. Benjamin. Had I known that that after one year I will have the overbite of a horse and I will not be able to close my mouth properly I would've ran away from his clinic. At the consultation I chose metal braces. I am 41 years old and Dr. Benjamin asked me how I am going to date with metal braces. Well, I see no issue but anyway my dating life is not Dr. Benjamin's business. I began the treatment and when I went for my first check up he referred to me as “you were the one with the metal braces” and he rushed to clarify that I am the first adult patient he has ever had to choose metal braces over ceramic. At this point I don’t know what made the doctor feel so comfortable talking to me like this. Was the big issue because of a $600 difference in the price or the doctor is normally a bully who likes degrading his patients. The only reason I agreed to this treatment is because he assured me that there will be no tooth extraction and now he was recommending extraction. Dale Benjamin apologized that he misspoke at the consultation by saying there will be no extraction. I consulted with four other orthodontists and they all did not recommend extraction of premolars as suitable for me. I also want to mention the office manager Shelly Martinez. When I spoke over the phone with her to share my complaints and dissatisfaction with Dr. Benjamin’s work she called that a slander accusing me of lying and slandering Dr. Benjamin because I quote: “She doesn’t know him in this light”. No worries, I will upload photos of what they call a “slander”. That was a very disappointing experience. I come from Europe where doctors with university degrees don’t sit like a salesman telling you anything you want to hear in order to sell you their services. I regret the day I went in for a consultation and I fell for the promises of Dale Benjamin. I regret the day I hired Dale Benjamin. His treatment caused more damage than good. Now instead of taking the braces off and moving on with my life now I have to begin a new treatment, spend thousands more, undergo a painful surgery to remove impacted wisdom tooth and then spend another year or more wearing braces but that doesn't guarantee that for the $7,500 I will spend the overbite of a horse will be reduced as it may end up permanent. Hiring Dale Benjamin as my orthodontist was the biggest waste of time and money in my life!

Our 2.5-year-old daughter had a blast with Dr. Justin and Caryl today in Chicago! I was worried she wouldn't let them check her teeth, but Caryl put her at ease right away—asking questions, showing stickers, and playing Frozen during the cleaning. Dr. Justin was patient too, giving breaks when she got upset and showing her the tools first. Plus, she loved the interactive game in the waiting room. Such a fun experience for pediatric dental checkups in Chicago!

Went in for an 'emergency' as the molar band of my braces was loosening and my regular dentist wasn't available. Both Dr Dale and Justino were very kind and friendly. The office was very inviting and everyone was pleasant. It was my birthday so I was given a little birthday bag with a toothbrush and a nice handwritten card. The whole experience was great given the problem with my braces.

Truly lifesaving, the staff is amazing! I needed and emergency appointment for orthodontics, the scheduling was fast and the service was very professional. Got my new retainer same day of the appointment. They offer a lot of services for kids and the location is great!
