This is my 8-year-old's new dentist. Loved it from our first experience. Very clean, very professional. Everything looks new and well kept. Plenty of parking. The office caters to children and we love that. 🦷🪥❤️

Been here twice now and it was mostly positive. Last time, the Monday dentist—Yarber, I think—had a communication style I didn't appreciate. Don't try to check me in front of my kids, it's bad manners and oversteps your role. You can share info without being rude. Front desk and assistants were friendly and helpful. Previous doctor, Dr. A, was very nice and respectful. I'll try to book with her next time for pediatric dentistry in Los Angeles.

This dental office is a scam. They charged my insurance for services they didn't provide. Don't go here. I emailed for three months asking for a copy of my invoice and they wouldn't provide it. They didn't reply to emails because they know they're in the wrong. I'm contacting my insurance and reporting them to the dental board for fraudulent charges.

Great experience overall. My son loves his dentist. Always serviced in a timely manner, everyone's knowledgeable, work is always done properly. Super clean office. And I love that there are two black dentists here—representation matters. ✊🏽

First time taking my son here and I was nervous about finding the right dentist. We'd been to another one before, but this place exceeded expectations. They went above and beyond to make my son comfortable, especially Lorraine—she was super sweet, attentive, and informative. The main dentist was great with him too. Honestly, I feel my son is in the right place for his dental needs. Definitely recommend their pediatric dentistry in Los Angeles.

My husband and I brought our son here for the first time. Honestly, we were impressed from walking in to leaving. The receptionist greeted us kindly, staff was knowledgeable and caring. The office and patient rooms were exceptionally clean, equipment neatly placed and covered. Thank you Dr. Yarber and staff for welcoming us. Routine appointments were amazing at first. But when I kept coming back with my special needs son, I saw them differently. Money hungry. First complaint: $75 cancellation fee even when you call ahead. I have two kids here so it gets pricey. Second: only one staff member, Yara I think, can handle special needs kids. She's amazing, the only reason I love this location. But even then...

Three kids later, and several referrals later, still the best children's dentist hands down. Staff is always kind, service smooth. My kids love coming here. I always book with Tami and she even calls when something opens up if we preferred a different slot. She keeps everything hassle-free—which as a mom of three is a blessing.

My family loves Dr Harper. She is so kind, knowledgeable and very positive. The office is so clean, staff so friendly and sweet. Also love the coffee station , a nice treat for parents. I will recommend this dental office to anyone.
If it is important to get a call back after hours when there is a dental emergency, this is not the place to go. My daughter had a dental emergency on Thursday night of a holiday weekend, and no dr. bothered to call back. Friday apparently was closed. I called all day Friday I left a messages in the morning called 15 min later I was not able to leave a message waited 30 minutes then i was able to leave a message. This happened twice. This dental office left my daughter in pain and has caused her anxiety. I can't take that away from her and they don't care. I had to called the office for an explanations once there were back open. The staff showed concerns but I have not gotten a call at least to apologizes. DON'T LEAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER IF YOUR NOT GOING TO RESPOND.
My experience was horrible at this office. They have poor customer service, their hours are not standard. Two particular incidents that I was not pleased about. 1. They don't have am appointments for dental work and asked to not feed my 5 y/o until 2p. I would not accept that appointment. 2. They require masks and my kids did not have masks. According to the CDC masks are not required. My husband and kids were turned away. I am now requesting my records because my family is done with this dentist office.
I love this dental practice. The staff is friendly and attentive to kids of all ages. The dentists are fabulous as well and go out of their way to educate parents about how to keep the little one’s teeth healthy.

Such a warm and welcoming environment! All staff is friendly and you can tell they take pride in their jobs and their approach with children. Nurses and doctors were gentle with my child and informative about the treatment she needed. I strongly recommend this office for children's dental needs. My daughter can't wait to go back!

It was very unfortunate the attitude of the practice’s receptionist, because during our initial consultation with Dr. Brown she was great, she explained in detail what the treatment for my daughter would be. However, some of her staff definitely needs better manners. The receptionist had a pretty bad attitude every time I called, from the beginning. The last straw for me was when I got lectured about the staff “having vacation rights”. The receptionist words were literally, “We have the right to take days off during the Christmas season because we have families too”. This only because I dared calling to ask if they had received any cancellations, in order for Dr. Brown to see my kid soon, because having to wait for a MONTH AND A HALF for her to start the treatment was bit concerning.
First time going with my 18month old. They were very friendly easy to sign in. The dentist and her assistant made my little one feel super comfortable. They both are sweet and delicate on the little one. Very glad we found this place. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

today was my child’s first time at this dentistry and we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped foot into the door to leaving the building. the staff is incredibly nice and warm, and my son’s dentist was awesome and patient. she took her time checking my six year old’s teeth and answered any concerns i had. thank you!

Dr. Yerber is efficient, warm, and a joy to be around all in one. My son took really well to the experience, it being his first time and all. They were all very patient and gentle with him while making sure he was comfortable. I highly recommend.
